Being at the project si Suflet was medicine for my mind, stomach, and soul. I enjoyed seeing the night sky, the leaves covered by the ice, and the fire keeping the house warm. It was my first time eating seasonal food, being creative with interesting, healthy, and delicious dishes. It is a place where you can feel the love for nature, animals, and people. Thank you <3
