We’re a friendly hotel located in the student area of Newcastle, just a 20-minute walk from the city centre. We’re looking for responsible, positive-minded volunteers to help us.

This opportunity is perfect for students, travelers, or anyone looking to improve their English, meet new people, and experience life in the north of England.

Turno da Noite: Ajude nas tarefas noturnas e garanta a tranquilidade dos hóspedes

What We Expect From Our Volunteers:
• Commitment and responsibility: Volunteers should reliably complete assigned tasks and adhere to agreed schedules.
• Positive attitude and respect: Maintaining a friendly demeanor and showing respect to guests, staff, and hotel policies is essential.
• Proactivity: Volunteers are encouraged to assist in various areas and contribute ideas to enhance the overall experience.
• Experience preferred: Previous experience in cleaning or customer service is appreciated but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and collaborate is key.
• Clear communication: Open and honest dialogue about any challenges or questions helps ensure a smooth experience.
