Hello!
I am looking for someone that can turn around my rental property after several months of students back to back. The apartment is around 75 square meters and needs some TLC in all those places where people don't normally look.
It can be an opportunity to visit Bologna and surroundings: Florence, Venice, Milan, Parma and many more places are just a couple of hours distance from us.
PS: In the apartment there will be 3 kittens!

You'll have to pretend it's your own property and make sure all corners are well maintained and checked. If you are a true clean&tidy person you'll know that cleaning doesn't just mean wipe visible surfaces.

Please note that the pictures in the advert are not the actual place. I have another position elsewhere posted and I didn't understand how to have 2 different sets of pictures on this website! Get in touch and I will send you the real photos of Bologna's property (apologies for this tech issue!)

Atividades & Turnos

The list includes but is not limited to:
tidy up linen & towels; clean windows, window frames, gates, grouting in the bathroom, kitchen cupboards, drawers, balcony, caring of the plants, floor cleaning, washing machine and dhishawasher deep cleaning, ceilings and high shelves etc...

Regras

The flat is smoke free.
The apartment and the bathroom are to be shared with the current tenant living in the other bedroom
