The hostel is the best I've ever seen in my life, facilities-wise. The owner is present, kind and has many ideas. The volunteers stay in a capsule (not a private room) which is anyway spacious. The weeks I was there the organization was not the best because they were hiring a new manager and also, it was not always clear who the volunteers were due to a lack of communication. Besides that, it was a positive experience.

Overall a very good experience I enjoyed a lot. The volunteers are given a private capsule (not room), that is quite comfortable, spacious and silent. Breakfast is yummy. Roles and hours were clearly communicated and respected. I would recommend this experience overall, but I wished that volunteers were corrected in a nicer way, especially because all of us were well-intentioned. Management changed a week before leaving so my review may only be relevant for how it used to be. Busan in amazing! Thanks to the hostel for being my home for more than a month!

My experience was great and I made great friendships. The work hours are pretty good (I only ever did housekeeping and cleaning shifts which were 3-4 hours). An issue happened with my next host and they agreed to take me back for another completely unplanned which I am so grateful for! Communication is great, they seem to be quite organised and the amenities are incredible, especially the gym! I would recommend especially if you need a break from the pressures of travelling fast and need to slow down a bit. You can hang out at the hostel all day and be entertained with the amenities available

Overall an amazing experience. You meet a lot of people from different backgrounds from all over the world and Seong is a truly inspiring person who has a vision and is always open to new inputs. Also, incredible facilities (gym and coworking), lots of events, and opportunities to decide on your direction. The con is that since the place is new, things were still a bit unstructured - no clear roles, tasks and processes (there are a lot of pf people and lots of projects happening simultaneously). Communication can be overwhelming as things also constantly change in a short time.
