I enjoyed my stay at the hostel. The work at the reception is an easy task, just waiting for check-ins and the hours are very fair. Santa Ana is a great starting location for a lot of activities and you're able to do sight seeing before you have to work. You'd also be able to go to the beach on your days off. The people living there made the experience special. Even though the Hostel isn't in the Center you're easily able to reach it by cheap uber or bus.

Increíble 🫶🏽 sigo aquí. El hostal hermoso, tranquilo y con unas instalaciones muy cómodas y bonitas. Mario una increíble persona, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos. El equipo de voluntarias es muy bueno, hacemos actividades todos juntos🫶🏽 Las actividades están establecidas y estructuradas con 1 semana de anticipación y te deja espacio para conocer y recorrer el país; que sin dudas es espectacular 🏹✨🤎

I loved the time at the hostel! The place is beautiful with a cafe and a huge garden in the back to relax and see animals. Mario, the owner, is a lovely person and Hania is great as well! I also met a lot of locals who were very open and kind. The work is pretty easy and the working hours were flexible and well respected. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for the great time <3

Very good stay, the hostel is huge and we feel good there. It has great potential! The shifts are easy to do at the reception and you will meet other volunteers. You also have plenty of time to visit the tourist sites around Santa Ana. Mario is a very kind and available person. Thanks also to Hania, a volunteer with whom I was able to change my days off! I recommend :)

This place is a slice of paradise unknown to the masses, thankfully. Mario, the owner, has a heart of gold. The locals are friendly, warm, and unbelievably inviting. A month here felt like a dizzying week. Make no mistake, you will work here as the property is massive and gorgeous, but the benefits outweigh any minute, negative aspects. If you're unsure, let me reassure you that the juice is worth the squeeze with this one.
