Still reminiscing over my time spent in the guest house Croatia. Was the best month ever and met so many amazing people during my time here. The boats are so much fun and the work does not feel like work at all. If you're easy going and enjoy a the guest house you'll love the guest house!!🫶🏻

Hannah and Marco were so welcoming from the second I arrived and I felt at home straight away. The accomodation being an apartment instead of a hostel dorm was such a nice touch!! Job is super easy and lots of fun and it's impossible not to make friends doing this ☺️ thanks for a great time guys!!!

Working as a volunteer DJ/the guest house promoter for the guest house was an incredible experience. The team's dedication to creating unforgettable moments on the guest house is truly inspiring. The atmosphere on board is electric, and the beautiful views of the guest house's coastline make it even more special. I had the opportunity to be part of some fantastic parties and create lasting memories. Being part of this team was a fantastic experience. Big thanks to Marco and Hannah for the opportunity! Hope to see y'all again next summer!

10/10 experience, had the best 3 weeks of my 2 month travel journey around Europe with the guest house and it's amazing crew. Would recommend to any solo travellers who are looking to meet new people, the guest house, get experience running events!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a better group of people. You will make 13 new best friends and have memories for a lifetime. The work is very easy and the guest house days are the best craic. The accommodation is fab and very central :) would 100% recommendation anyone who likes to meet new people and have a good time to go to BPS

I worked for the guest house spilt last July with my friend Ava. I really enjoyed my experience working with everyone and they were all so easy to get along with , I can honestly say I made friends for life. The accommodation was really nice and it was very central making it easy to walk everywhere. The work wasn't too hard but you have to be consistently promoting one way or another. the guest house days were so so much fun chatting to the guests on board there was never a dull day on the guest house!

I had such an amazing experience with the guest house! the guest house is gorgeous and getting to go out and the guest house on a the guest house multiple times a week is awesome and definitely the best perk. The apartment is close and has a view of the city and the crew on board is so friendly and welcoming! Communication in the beginning could be clearer for promoting and the schedule structure doesn't leave a lot of free time but overall it's 1000% worth it and I loved my time here! Thank you Hannah and Marco :)

Thanks for the feedback! We try to be very transparent about the hours. We set and follow the 25 hours per week. This is 5 hours less than the companies in Split doing the exact same thing. We also made sure to follow Worldpackers hourly recommendations when deciding on this number.

The guest house was such a fun time! Marco and Hannah are wonderful hosts. The other volunteers and staff were lovely, vibes were always great. The apartment was quite nice and it was really fun living with the crew. the guest house itself totally took my breath away! On my way out Marco told me I was more than welcome to come back next year, and I am definitely gonna try and make it happen!

I loved my time in split so much, the team was great, you truly do get a insight on what it is to live in a house filled with a bunch of people. You get to the guest house on a the guest house twice a week and meet so many people from around the world. I will say be prepared for all the drinking you will be doing and you definitely need to have an outgoing personality for the role. You don't get much sleep and you will probably get very sick at first so bring medicine!!! 😂

Overall I had an amazing time in Split. I met so many people from all over the world, I had enough free-time to explore the city and I made friends for life. The accommodation is great and close to the city centre. The tasks are easy and mostly fun as well :) I just have some small things that bothered me: the communication could definitely be improved and they've made some false promises. Nothing big but it could have been avoided. I would still recommend everyone to do it and become part of an amazing team! I am very thankful for this crazy and fun experience.
