My experience at CMK was extremely pleasant and peaceful! The place is full of kind and loving people and the work hours are perfectly respected. It's the perfect place if you want some quiet and peace of mind and spending time in nature. Staying there with the residents and volunteers was amazing, thank you and love you all ❤️

The Center is an amazing place. Where we have the chance to connect with our inner self and with the nature. We feel part of a community contributing with work and socialization, what brings us back to the purpose of our existence. Was a really deep experience to me. Gylwang, Erwan, Philip, Jean Philip, Olivier, everybody made me feel welcome and “home”. The food is amazing and healthy, the accommodations too. The tasks are well explained and easy to do. :-)

Mon expérience chez KMC a dépassé mes attentes à tous points de vue. Mon objectif principal, en plus de l'hébergement et de la nourriture, était de vivre une expérience différente d'une autre philosophie et d'un autre environnement culturel que le mien. En plus de pratiquer mon pauvre français !!! En général, l'expérience a été intense et très enrichissante, il y avait évidemment des moments et des situations à surmonter, mais il y avait toujours une flexibilité respectable lorsqu'il s'agissait de parler d'un problème, ce qui n'existait pas, du moins pour moi. J'ai adoré travailler en cuisine,

Gyalwang and all the other people were very nice. The work in the kitchen is not too hard and spread throughout the day, alongside the meals. The castle was under construction, which was a bit annoying but will probably be better in the future. The forest right across the street is good for runs and walks, otherwise there is not much near the Center. I knew before that I would sleep in a 6 bed dormitory but it slightly annoyed me anyways, having bunk beds and waking up throughout the night. I really enjoyed the guided 12 o'clock meditations that we got to attend. :)

Such a peaceful and relaxing place! Sadly I could only stay for a week, but I definitely recommend it!

My experience at the Center was inspiring and motivational as they supported and assisted my work in housekeeping and also managing the housekeeping team. The structure is very good and they take it serious but offer good ackommodation and food as well as a nice athmostphere with the nature close by. The people and the place together make this an experience worth having xD

I had a wonderful time at the Center! People are really welcoming and caring, always open to chat with you about anything. It was my first experience with the Center and Buddhism, the environment was so peaceful that I could learn a lot both from the residents and from other travellers. The shifts are generally easy and work hours are respected. Everyone is very understanding and they will explain everything you need to do. You're gonna eat lots of veggies 🌱 The accommodation is cozy and the castle is beautiful. The majority of the teachings are in French (but some in English!). Recommended :)

I had a great experience at KMC ! The place is beautiful, the teachings are interesting, the work is easy and doesn't take long (4-5 hours per day), and the people are kind and funny. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to connect with spirituality and nature :)

One of my favorite volunteering experiences! The people I met at this center were some of the kindest most genuine people I have come across. They really prioritize your personal well-being and are always checking in making sure you feel comfortable and care about their volunteers truly! The work is very straightforward and easy and agreed upon working hours was always respected! I would absolutely recommend this center :)
