O meu tempo en a organização foi incredível! Maisa, Maristela, Leisa y Fernando são una família maravilhosa, cheia de talento e amor. O seu trabalho é parte fundamental da sua comunidade, eu pude ver como as crianças, as mulheres e todos amam eles e reconhecem a sua importância. A fundação muda vidas desde a música, a escolarização e a convivência. Amei ser voluntária, foi uma experiência muito legal. As tarefas são fáciles de conseguir, pode ter interação com a comunidade, me inmiscuir na cultura brasileira e practicar o meu portugues

Desde antes de chegar, sempre foram muito compreensivos, atenciosos e flexíveis. Durante a semana em que estive lá, sempre me ajudaram e me guiaram em tudo, sempre se preocuparam para que não me faltasse nada. As comidas são maravilhosas, cozinham como deusas — Maísa e Maristela são incríveis! Além disso, são mulheres super habilidosas, trabalhadoras e muito queridas na comunidade.. Pude praticar português, que era algo que eu queria muito, e também conhecer pessoas locais. Toda a família é extremamente linda, têm muitos talentos e, além disso, estão 100% comprometidos com a organização.

My experience at the organization was great. It was the beginning of January so it was less busy than usual. However I still experienced how impactful the project is to the community. My main responsibilities were helping with the social media, as well as occasionally assisting with the English lessons. Leisa was very helpful in translating and making me feel at home. As well as Maristelas amazing cooking. We had a lot of fun even with a language barrier (I don't speak Portuguese). Thank you guys for a great experience!

Estoy muy agradecida de haber sido parte de este proyecto. Fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora, tanto a nivel personal como humano. Poder aportar a la comunidad, incluso desde pequeñas acciones. El ambiente fue muy cálido y sentí que aprendí mucho durante mi voluntariado. Sin dudas, una experiencia que recomiendo y que me llevo con mucho cariño ❤️. Bebé me ayudó a practicar portugués jajaja y sobretodo compartir con los niños, enseñarles y aprender de ellos fue lo más lindo del voluntariado

Participating in this social volunteer project was a deeply meaningful experience. Teaching English to the children allowed me to bond with them, and living and working with other members helped me understand the impact of the association's activities. From the very beginning I was treated like a member of the family and we shared many fun moments. They were always willing to help me, creating a warm and supportive environment. Seeing the positive impact of our actions made this experience even more valuable and I am very grateful for the opportunity to be part of this project! :)

My volunteering experience here has been truly special! the project is meaningful and you can really see the impact it has on the local community. from the very beginning the team, María Estela, Leisa and Maísa welcomed me like family. They are very kind, caring and always ready to help with everything. their warmth made me feel at home. the food is delicious and the flexible working hours make it easy to both contribute to the project and enjoy the city. thanks to this experience i had the chance to immerse myself into brazilian culture and practice with portuguese. kiss also to baby joão

I absolutely loved staying at the organization during my time in Brazil! From the very beginning Leisa, Maristela and Maisa make you feel part of their family. While you're there, you will have the chance to learn (or practice) your Portuguese while making an impact in the community. Plus, you will have plenty of free which it's perfect if you want to explore Rio and enjoy the city. Forever grateful to the organization for my first volunteer experience! :)

I really loved to stay at the organization, It was a beautiful expierience that helped me a lot to get in touch with the brazilian culture, practice my portuguese and to help the community as i could. The hosts were amazing from the very begging, they made me feel at home. I also had the chance to see how much effort and love they put in the project and I loved to be part of that. Also the food was great and the work schedule was very flexible letting me a lot of free time to actually enjoy Río. I would love to go back one day, the organization will always stay in my heart.

I really enjoyed my stay at the organization. The family is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel at home from the very beginning. The food was delicious, and they were always available for anything we needed during the two weeks of volunteering. During this time, we supported the school with various projects, but we still had plenty of time to explore the city. Thank you for this experience!

Beautiful experience with Leisa, maisa, and the other volunteers. The NGO supports children and women and you get to immerse yourself in local cultural activities. They made me feel so welcome :)
