At Alpha Hostel, we are looking for a friendly volunteer to help with guest services. Your main tasks will include assisting with check-in and check-out, greeting guests, providing information about tours and activities in Ao Nang, and introducing our hostel services. We value open-hearted, family-style hospitality.

Atividades & Turnos

Your daily activities will involve welcoming guests, helping with check-in and check-out, giving tour recommendations, solving small guest issues (like finding remotes, unlocking doors), and ensuring guests feel at home. Shifts are flexible, focusing on morning and afternoon hours.

Regras

Volunteers must respect Thai customs, including removing shoes before entering the building. We encourage a positive attitude, adaptability, and a warm smile. Alpha Hostel values a family-like environment, not a party atmosphere. Volunteers must also be comfortable living with our friendly pets — a dog and a cat.
