The experience was amazing, full immersion in the day to day life of the people who try to truly make a change for the local community. I am so thankful for this opportunity and would suggest to anyone to go there, amazing place, amazing people, amazing children.

We have been hosted by Omar and his sweet family for more than two weeks and since the start e have felt at home. Spending time with these people has allowed us to live the real African lifestyle, exploring natural paradises, trying the local cuisine and getting in touch with the wonderful community that lives in Zanzibar villages. Teaching at school has been one of the most touching experiences, even if it is challenging and requires volunteers to do their best to give the kids the education they deserve. Going away has been so sad, and it is impossible not to dream to come back, and we will!

The host Orma ,cheated me, he didn't publish the information of extra fee in his profile, and ask me to pay for 12 dollars for my accommodation and food. And then he asked me whether I can bring a cell phone for him, he said his phone has broken. And I rejected. And when I come, I pay for him 168 dollars (12 dollars per day). today, one hour ago, I knew the truth that he didn't pay for my accommodation to give my host mom. I am a young girl, coming to volunteer alone, I care about the safety of myself and my property. I think it is normal that because of cheating which means no respect.
