I had a wonderful time at Jardin el Amdaluz. Karen, the host, was very welcoming and gave a wonderful tour of the property. The accommodation is excellent, the food is delicious and home grown. The daily tasks are clearly communicated and the times are well respected. She is very flexible if you like to have adventures during the weekends. It is very remote, but gives you a great opportunity to connect with nature. Highly recommend this place.

Fue un gran experiencia para mí! El lugar está ubicado entre paisajes geniales y Karen es muy buena anfitriona! El horario se cumple y tenés bastante autonomía una vez que Karen te comparte los objetivos del día! Cómo se encuentra un poco alejado de medios de transporte, decidí quedarme ahí y trabajar sin los días de descanso y me fui unos días antes utilizando mis días de descanso para poder viajar. La comunicación fue acertiva! También está estadia me permitió aprender más el inglés y hacer intercambio de idiomas con Karen! Recomiendo la experiencia! Muchas gracias por todo Karen!!

Karen has taken great care of us and made her house feel like our own. She's a very generous woman. Jardín the host is special because of its location and the facilities you can use. The town isn't close, but she can drive you there if you ask :) We've been very comfortable and have learned to solve problems with ease! Thank you, Karen, for everything and for your recipes! You're a very good person.

I had a great experience in the host Andaluz, a very peaceful and relaxing place. The Host is a smiling and lovely person in every moment . I tried very delicious food prepared by the Host and for the other volunteers. The accomodation was super comfortable with a good system of heating for warm us during the cold nights and early mornings.

I had the most amazing experience at Karen's house. She is a lovely lady who makes you feel at home the moment you enter the door. The mountains are healing, the views are beautiful and everything vibes in sinthony there. I had the pleasure to take care of her gardens and it was thrilling for me. Karen owns "un paraíso en la tierra" and she knows it. I'm so grateful to had the opportunity to be there 🙏

I have no words to describe my stay in Jardín the host. It is a magical place, in the middle of nature, beautiful for walking, to be quiet but also for hiking or cycling. Karen is the most beautiful person I've ever met, always worried about how we are, if we miss something, incredible cooking 🙌🏻 and she is also a person who makes you part of the family. Andalusian Garden, I'll be back again! And I'm going to miss them!

This was such a nice volunteering experience, I'm sure the mountain has healing qualities! One week was too short to spend here. The workload is very reasonable, and hours are flexible. I liked having days off with the other volunteers, it was easy to go on hikes. The place is secluded, so if you're looking for wild nightlife or shopping, this is not for you. Karen is a wonderful host who will look after you, but also trusts you to do your job independently.
