As a volunteer with us, we expect you to be responsible, proactive, and committed to providing a great experience for our guests. Your role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and organized environment, whether you are assisting at the reception, maintaining the beach, or managing the caravan parking area. Here’s what we expect from you:

Positive Attitude & Team Spirit: We value volunteers who are friendly, open-minded, and ready to work as part of a team. You should be willing to help where needed and treat guests and staff with respect.
Commitment & Responsibility: You will have scheduled tasks and responsibilities, so we expect you to be punctual and dedicated to your role.
Basic English Communication: While fluency is not required, being able to communicate in English is important, as you will interact with international guests.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Sometimes things can get busy, especially during peak season. We appreciate volunteers who are adaptable and ready to take on different tasks when necessary.

Specific Expectations Based on Your Role:
Reception Volunteer: You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and assisting with reservations. A friendly and professional approach is key!
Beach Maintenance Volunteer: Your role involves keeping the beach clean, assisting guests with seating arrangements, and ensuring a pleasant and safe beach environment.
Caravan Parking Volunteer: You will guide guests with their caravan parking, manage the space efficiently, and provide information about parking rules and facilities.
