I felt welcome and comfortable here, Carl and Cathal are lovely hosts! They both are eager to share their knowledge about bees, but the motto is also: learning by doing! I liked the varied work: there was a lot of work outside with inspecting the hives and documenting their development, but also preparing the gear in the shed or maintaining the garden. Every day could bring new surprises! In my spare time I enjoyed exploring the peninsula by hiking and cycling, the area is beautiful! I recommend the project for nature lovers and people truly interested in beekeeping.
