I had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel. Helping get the rooftop bar up and running — from promotion to creating the best possible customer experience — was both fun and rewarding. It was a great opportunity to take initiative, be creative, and work as part of a supportive team. Flo is incredibly friendly and easygoing, which made the workflow smooth and enjoyable.

The whole experience was great, I was teaching yoga for 1 hour and then helping at reception for 4 more hours. The host were really nice and the hours were respected. it honestly feel like working in paradise , just few steps from the beach , you have the swimming pool. It was a really nice experience.

This was my first Worldpackers experience, and it couldn't have gone better! the host let me try different roles like helping with breakfast, waitressing, and assisting at check-in. It was a great way to learn and challenge myself. I was nervous at first, but the team was super welcoming and supportive, we had a lot of fun together. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a positive and friendly work exchange!

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here! I had never worked in a bar before, and at first everything felt quite chaotic. However, I learned by doing and ended up enjoying my time at the hotel a LOT. The place itself is absolutely stunning, and the daily breakfast buffet was delicious, varied, and the perfect combo w morning yoga to start each day feeling energized. On top of that, the people were wonderful. I would definitely come back to the hotel!

I spent one month at the hotel working as a waitress/bartender and it was such an amazing experience! The team was incredibly kind and welcoming – we had a great vibe from the start, and working together was honestly a lot of fun. The whole place just had such a good energy. I'd definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and positive work exchange!

I worked as a yoga teacher, which I really enjoyed. Outside of teaching, I spent the rest of my hours either waitressing or helping at the check-in area. The team was amazing—supportive, fun, and great to work with. It's a fantastic place if you're an outgoing person who enjoys meeting people, having conversations, and making sure everyone is having a good time.

I left early because I didnt feel valued nor had a good time, it felt more like free labour instead of a collaborative and enriching experience. Communication was unclear and disrespectful, there was no organization with the tasks and we were told we may need to work 6 hours instead of 5, we were also wanted to perform activities that we have not agreed on. Buffet breakfast was offered but comments about the amount we took were made all the time. The extra meal was really poor and there were not enough so if you didnt go take it on time you may not have it.

Honestly it didn't go well for me, I was suppose to stay a month being a yoga teacher and receptionist but left after 4 days because I didn't feel respected or valued. The hours agreed on were not really respected neither the tasks, I was asked to do more than 5 hours if I was not so busy and more tasks came along which I didn't want/agreed to do (waitressing, clean the beach). The hotel is very nice and local staff also friendly, even though the organisation is not very well managed. Also regarding the food and drinks we can have only the cheapest/free one otherwise we will receive comment.
