It was my first time working with worldpackers!! Roger and Laura is the best host I could ever have. The job was basically just modelling for Roger's video and practicing English with Laura, so simple that I didn't feel like working at all😆😆 They are very the home, welcoming and considerate, brought me to local Brazilian restaurants, the great beaches and all the stunning views, we had great chats and memories together and I couldn't express how grateful I am for meeting them!!

This experience with Roger & Laura certainly stands out as it's much more like Couchsurfing. They treat volunteers like friends and the “job” is simply posing for photos/videos and teaching languages informally. The experience with the Runes is life-changing as it reveals our true nature and helps us overcome fears and other emotional blocks, so we can work out our problems and see the opportunities we have here and now. There is also their amazing massage, which can help us develop our more feminine nature, experience more pleasure in our lives, and heal/develop our emotions and sexuality.

Yes, what we do is way more like Couchsurfing for sure! We feel true connections without the pressure of work (whether paid or volunteer) can help us reveal our true nature and develop as human beings! 🌎❤️👫 And we're all about inviting travelers like us to have a unique experience and step out of their comfort zone. Roger and Laura are two of the most kindhearted people I've known. During my stay with them they have made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Laura is a wonderful woman with such a warm heart and an inspiring view of the world. Roger is a real adventurer who made sure I got to connect with Ubatuba every single day of my stay in every single level, physically, emotionally and spiritually and for that I'm so grateful. My experience with Roger and Laura was simply amazing, not just for how they welcomed me, but also for the way they made me feel safe and at home at any time. They are very the home and they communicated and cared for me both before, during and after this experience. One of the things I was expecting the most were the beautiful beaches, hikes and waterfalls, which they were so enthusiastic to show. But there was also a pleasant surprise: their perspective of self-knowledge, as they offered me their pleasurable 4-hand massage and insightful Rune reading, two magical and touching experiences✨

Roger y Laura son unos excelentes anfitriones!!! son amorosos, simpáticos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, me ayudaron a llegar y me dieron muchas indicaciones por qué lo pude sentirse segura y tranquila. Su la casa es acogedor y te hacen sentir como parte de la familia. Recorrimos hermosos paisajes, llenos de naturaleza, realmente hermosos, que te hacen conectar contigo y el universo. Ambos tienen hermosas personalidades!! recomiendo si buscas tener conversaciones profundas y conectar contigo

I had an incredible time in Ubatuba - Roger and Laura were not only my hosts, they also became friends. They invited me to join their life in every part, we had inspiring talks, bike rides and beach days together and i really feel like we built a connection. My “tasks” were to practice English with Laura and to model for Roger's photography! Didn't feel like work though as this is definitely not a typical project! The rune reading was also one of the most interesting emotional experiences I've made and I encourage everyone to get out of their comfort zone and give it a chance! Thank you!😊🫶

Meeting Roger and going hiking into the river truly was a life changing experience. He will make you comfortable and heard, supported and also loves a good laugh! He offered me the rune reading experience, which deeply helped me figuring out a lot of issues i was going through at that very moment. He has been reading runes for more than 10 years, thus is very fluid and intuitive while doing it, which will make you comfortable being genuine and connect to yourself. Climbing the itamambuca river was a beautiful activity for it really connected our bodies to their roots and ancestral origins.

Volvería a voluntariar con ellos 100% 😊🤗 Roger y Laura son anfitriones increíblemente amables y acogedores. Me recibieron en su la casa con una sonrisa y con mucho apoyo ya que fue mi primer viaje fuera de mi pais. La comunicación fue excelente antes y durante mi estancia, y siempre dispuestos a ayudarme con cualquier pregunta. Me gusto que con Roger compartimos la pasion por content creation, teaching y el espiritu Couchsurfing (like-minded person!). Los masajes y los paseos a la playa que hicimos juntos fueron inolvidables (los lugares más hermosos de Ubatuba) Gracias, los quiero!♥️♥️♥️
