Por ser meu primeiro trabalho voluntário, minha experiência no Restaurante o anfitrião Ell Follò foi significativa. O local é muito bonito e Mercè além de uma excelente cozinheira dá um toque especial na decoração do local. O trabalho vai das 9h às 16h ( intervalo 1 h para refeição. Conheci um pouco da cultura local e um pouco do idioma na interação com outros voluntários. Não há aulas como descrito na plataforma. O lugar é um pouco distante do transporte público ( mais ou menos 1h.30m de caminhada). Penso que as relações de cordialidade para com os voluntários podem ser melhoradas.

Recomiendo grandemente este voluntariado a quien quiera aprender sobre cultivo y cuidado de animales, cocina y alimentacion saludable, como para quien guste de la naturaleza en general. En el tiempo que pasé en el anfitrión aprendí mucho y por eso les agradezco a Mercé, Erik y Kim, por tomarse el tiempo de enseñarme.

I just finished my first volunteering experience at the host, and it was incredibly enriching. I had the chance to work in the kitchen. A lively and inspiring place where I learned a lot, both in terms of cooking and teamwork. The team there is amazing: kind, passionate, and always willing to share their knowledge. The setting is beautiful, right in the middle of nature, which made the experience even more special. I also met some wonderful people among the other volunteers Meaningful connections I won't forget. A big thank you to the whole the host team !

I have enjoyed my stay at the host to it's fullest. It feels much like a family, with game afternoons after work, lunches and dinners together and sitting together at night watching series. The only thing I miss here is a bidet. I enjoyed working in the kitchen and learning many new recipes. Here, I got to work with foraged plants as ingredients, which was very interesting. Mercé will gladly help you achieve a better level of cooking and baking, and give you lots of constructive feedback.

The host was my first volunteer experience and it was a wonderful time. Being close to nature and Catalan culture was a real pleasure. All the family and staff are friendly and kind to you. Being open-minded is best to enjoy everything there is to experience and being flexible with working hours.

Si bien tenia que ingresar el 02/01/25, acordamos y empecé 17/12/24. De inmediato me recibieron como familia y realizábamos todos juntos. Preocupados por mi salud y bienestar, me sentí contenido. Las tareas se indicaban día por día según la necesidad en la cocina según lo acordado y cuando hubo que realizar otra tarea no inherente se me consulto. También pude hacer caminatas y algo de turismo sugeridas por la familia y disfrutando a posterior de nuestra experiencia. Por todo ello quedo agradecido a Merce e hijos, y recomiendo este voluntariado

Mi experiencia en el anfitrión fue distinta a lo que esperaba. Está a una hora caminando de la estación de tren más cercana, no hay negocios alrededor, algo que sería bueno saber antes. La conexión es inestable y el wifi no llega al cuarto. Sin embargo, la comida es excelente y los eventos permiten aprender de gastronomía y atención al cliente. El equipo de voluntarios que me tocó fue increíble, yo mejoraria el trato y comunicación de anfitrióncon los voluntarios, ya que muchas veces me sentí como un trabajador más. Recomiendo esta experiencia si buscas desconexión y contacto con la naturaleza.
