The classes with the kids are awesome ! They are so educated and always happy to learn more. Sujan is a great host and his family is really kind and they make you feel at home. I have so many things to say about the experience so if you have any question please let me know ! :)

Terminé antes de tiempo el voluntariado porque realmente no veía sentido pasar todo el día en la casa de familia para impartir una hora de clase al día. El tiempo compartido con los niños fue valioso, pero muy poco, nada que ver con lo que se especifica en la descripción y en el video, decepción. Fue interesante conocer a la familia y fueron amables. Sin embargo, no es una casa hogar y la convivencia con los niños es poca para generar un impacto real. Hace falta seriedad, claridad y organización para impartir incluso una hora de clase. Los niños podrían aprender mucho más de los voluntarios.

Desde el principio me senti como en casa, Sujan el anfitrion y su familia muy atentos y acogedores. Aunque casi no hablo ingles me he sentido comprendida y ayudada en todo momento. La experiencia con los niños dando clase ha sido muy bonita y enriquecedora, asi como con los animales de granja. Tengo que decir que la casa no esta en el centro de khatmandu sino cerca de Budhanilkantha Temple en las afueras, no hay agua caliente en la ducha y si la habitacion da la calle es recomendable llevar tapones, aun asi, volveria a repetir.

We had an unforgettable stay at the organization. Thank you to Sujan for organizing our stay! Once he showed us everything, we managed most of our stay with the staff of the organization. We stayed in an apartment only 2 minutes away from the organization which was great. We had breakfast and dinner together with the children, helped them with their homework and had lots of fun playing games. We have taken the kids to our hearts and are very glad that we can support them!

We have been at the organization for 1 week at it has been amazing. The kids from the home are so beautiful, full of love and ready to meet you and enjoy their time with you. I started to learn from them since the first moment with them. Sujan is a really nice person that opens the doors of his home and his family and share with you. Always asking if you are fine or you need anything. Same for his lovely family. The accomodation in their house is really warm and nice. We really enjoyed our experience and we would love to recommend to everyone to meet this place. Totally worthy.

My time in the organization was amazing. The family welcomed me and did their best to make sure i was comfortable, (making me noodles everyday). The children at the organization were so happy and welcoming to new volunteers. We spent our days playing games, hanging out and doing homework. Sujan's sister took me on a couple Guided tours which she charges for $10USD each day but it was nice while i was getting settled into the new environment to have someone come along with me that knew what to do. I learnt so much about their culture and everyday life and would definitely recommend this experience!.

It was a good experience. The kids are great and Sujan's family is very welcoming. No schedule is really fixed so you are very free to manage your time as you wish. I recommend this experience to everyone!

Fue mi primer voluntariado y me recibieron bien, fueron muy amables y siempre al pendiente si se necesitaba algo. Los niños son geniales, aprendí de ellos diferentes juegos y canciones, tuve oportunidad de brindarles una clase sencilla de yoga y tuve oportunidad de interactuar más de cerca la cultura y costumbres.
