Mi primera experiencia como voluntaria en worldpackers, ha sido maravillosa , el tiempo que he pasado en la casa de Antonio y en casa de su abuela, seran un recuerdo primoroso de mi paso por Toro, son personas tan amables y amorosas, cada tarea y cada dia fueron unicos, me hicieron sentir muy bien, una experiencia inolvidable, el acercamiento a la cultura Italiana de la region de Molisee, ha sido un descubrimiento asombroso, cada pueblo, paseo y personas que conocimos hicieron de este voluntariado muy grato, Cami, eres la chica poderosa, adelante con tus objetivos Grazie Mille Antonio.

I really enjoyed the unique charm of Toro. I would recommend the experience, but it's probably better during warmer months, as the house can be a bit cold in winter, and when the host likely has more time to give tours. The hosts were busy with travels but gave me space to work at my own pace, which I really appreciated. I also loved meeting the other guest and volunteer, they made the experience even better!

Antonios family is super friendly and welcomed me into their family and friends! The hostel itself is fine but you will be sleeping in the basement which is not like the pics posted. it's a quiet place to be alone and you can work independently on your tasks, which are very doable. However, it's super remote and hard to get to the main city on your own without relying on the host driving you. The buses come infrequently and the last bus returns very early so you may feel trapped in the town. Basically no one speaks English and the host did not try hard to engage with me as she did with others
