Family is wherever ever you feel at home! I had an incredible time at the hostel, from the moment you arrive you feel part of a amazing family. I have no words to David and all the staff members, I had the time of my life and I hope I can go back. Flexibility, fun, surf, Cascais is near a lot of amazing places that you can go and visit, it was amazing, a little piece of my the surf camp is now in Portugal 🇵🇹 Até já 🫶🏽

La mejor de todas las experiencias, me sentí súper conectada con el equipo, con los huéspedes, con el lugar. Pude recorrer mucho y aprender a surfear, todo el equipo fue súper amoroso, solo buenas vibes. El hostel tiene un encanto particular y se siente como en casa. Me sentí en familia y sin duda volveré 🦋🌻 espero que pronto.

The experience there was amazing, David and Drica were pretty good with everything, location was amazing (Lidl is 1min walk lol) and there was this banger pizza place nearby called Pizza +39. Overall experience was pretty good and enjoyable.

I spent all of July volunteering at the the surf the surf the surf camp with my best friend and it was an amazing experience filled with friendships, surf lessons, and many adventures. The work was fair and my role included cleaning, breakfast setup, check ins, and check outs. There was plenty of time to explore Cascais and the neighboring cities. Drica was so welcoming and hardworking, and the volunteer team felt like a family that I will always remember. The only downside was that we were sometimes asked to move rooms or beds to accommodate guests with little notice, but I would still recommend this experience!

I spent four weeks volunteering at the the surf the surf the surf camp Surfcamp, and from the very beginning it felt like a second home. It was my first time volunteering and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The atmosphere was welcoming, the people were incredible, and the sense of community made the experience truly special. David and Drica, who run the place, are warm, fun, and genuinely care about their volunteers. I'm so grateful for my time there and highly recommend it to anyone considering volunteering.

I volunteered for 4 weeks and I had an incredible experience! It was the first time I did anything like this and I couldn't have asked for a better place. David is a super good host and takes very good care of you. We had so much fun and all the other volunteers were super kind. We got to learn how to surf, we had barbecues and did yoga. The job was super easy, I took care of the breakfast and cleaning. You had lots of spare time to explore the beautiful city. The house is also super nice and clean with a cozy yard! I would totally recommend to anyone who wants to have a great experience!!!

Increible experiencia nada que decir!! David siempre muy atento y pendiente de los voluntarios hay mucho espacio para la comunicación y pasarlo bien!! Mejor lugar para poder tener experiencia como voluntario y poder conocer a los alrededores!! Recomendable al 100%🙌🏼☀️🌴gracias daviiid

My friend and I had a blast at the hostel with David. He's a people's person if I have ever met one!! January was pretty quiet so the tasks were easy and fun. David really cares for his hostel & team and even gave us free surfing lessons !!!! We can only recommend if you want to explore Cascais!!

Staying at the the surf the surf the surf camp was a really nice experience. David is such a kind and open-hearted person who made it easy for everyone to connect. He not only took us surfing but also organized other fun trips, creating a great balance between work and adventure. The tasks were simple, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I met amazing people and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. All in all, I loved my stay there. 🫶🏻
