It was the best volunteering experience I've had to date! Holland is an incredible country, Zwolee is a perfect town and the hostel & Bennies are the best establishments in the region. Every single person on the team was extremely kind and attentive to me and my partner, thank you so much guys :) I will definitely be back, and I hope everyone can have the same magnificent experience I had. Super recommended! 🕊️

One of the best experiences we've had with WP! Our volunteering at the hostel was truly special and unforgettable. The hostel and restaurant team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always caring about our well-being, happiness, and Zwolle experience. The exchange is fair, with relaxed and respectful work, along with excellent benefits for volunteers. Zwolle is a charming and cosy city, mirrored by the wonderful vibe of the hostel and Bennies. The volunteer team was like a family 🫶🏽 A heartfelt thanks to Rowan, Nick, Seb, Glenn, and the entire staff for making our time truly exceptional!

I feel very lucky to have had this opportunity at the hostel! It's like a little family with all the owners making you feel very welcome from the second you walk through the doors. The work is very straight forward and is explained well to you before and during your first shift and everyone is always happy to help you if you need it. It's such a nice and relaxed vibe! Thanks Rowan, Nick, Seb and Glen 🫶🏼

It was my first time volunteering for Worldpackers and it was an incredible experience. I loved getting to know the city of Zwolle. The whole team that works at the Hostel and the hostel are amazing. In this experience I had the opportunity to practice my English, connect with the locals and have a lot of fun. I hope to come back one day.

This was our first volunteering trip and it was an amazing experience . All of the staff was helpful and kind :) We were given a few days before we started to get used to the area. One of us was housekeeping ( cleaning the rooms and common areas)the other worked a night shift (that was helping the hostel close, and you are more than welcome to sleep as long as you can wake up to a phone call incase any guests have any issues, then in the morning help the hostel open). We were the first volunteers the took and they discussed an increase in work i.e reception and the hostel

Honestly nothing but positive things to say about this hostel, the people who work here and the hosts that run it are all genuine nice and chill people. It's hard to give an example of what work to expect as we are their first volunteers and they're our first hosts.. They are very fair in the work given and expectations are realistic so whatever you are tasked with it will be explained fully as to leave no confusion. Fantastic hosts and very accommodating, highly recommend

It was wonderful to meet other volunteers, they were really nice! Zwolle is so cute but I don't think there's much to do in the winter. I would like to know it in the spring or summer season! The staff were very pleasant with us and the tasks were easy.

The stay at the hostel was so so nice. All of the staff made us feel like we were at home. All of them were taking care of us at all time and they helped us with everything. The working hours are good and the job is not very difficult. Also, you got 2 free meals the days you are working. You have plenty of time to explore the city even though you have to work. The only thing I would say is that I thought that there will be more volunteers (we were 4), but still it was a wonderfull experience. Thank you all for making this experience unforgettable <3
