In low season so we were just helping manage the social media accounts. Praveen was so lovely and made us feel very comfortable, was a flexible volunteer position. Told us what he was after and we created a few videos and posted pictures on the instagram feed and stories as well as cleaning up the account to make them look better. We were given a dorm room and had access to the kitchen to cook, would definitely recommend to volunteer here.

I volunteered at the coliving during the low season in Weligama so it was pretty chill exactly what I needed. Still I had an amazing time for 2 weeks. Praveen is very specific on what tasks I have to do to fulfill my role but at the same time giving me the space to splash my own creativity. The hostel has a lot of potential and one of the areas for improvement is the cohesiveness of the staff and the volunteering system when it comes to the timings for food and accommodation. Other than that, highly recommend! I met amazing people here! Would definitely be back!
