I felt at home during my stay. The host and his mom were very welcoming. I felt very cared for. The kids all around really wanted to practice their English, which was nice.

The Ngo, his family and friends were so generous and welcoming. There was little to no work, occasionally helping engage some of his students in conversation which was fun work. The house is amazing and very comfortable, good location to explore the city on the bike. Celebrating Christmas and New Year was an unforgettable experience and im so grateful to be invited to travel with them to Dak Mil for an adventure. Ngo's girlfriend was amazing and im very glad I got to meet everyone and hope to see them again. Thank you.

We were able to explore a local city! See the ocean, temples, zoo, and experience traditional life in a tourist free area. This was a nice place to relax and rest, though if you are looking for lots to do this might not be your place. We had very little contact to our host but he was very kind.

This was our first WP adventure. We loved it, but learnt a lot about not letting pictures and previous reviews give you unrealistic expectations. The Greenwaters stay was wonderful and comfortable. But the volunteer work happens at a farm location, where Tam stays. We should have asked more questions on arrival and so were a little dissapoined that we felt we could have contributed more than we eventually did. We did spend some time with some students at the farm which was a wonderful experiece. Thank you Tam and Family for the opportunity to live and experience the Vietnamese culture.

Tâm, his mother, girlfriend and all of his family were so welcoming from the very beginning. Co Han's cooking was so so good! We had the chance to meet his friends, have traditional food, have great conversations and drink (a lot) 😅❤️ the teaching was super easy and fun, the kids were very funny and also eager to learn. I have already arranged to come back in a few months, I can't recommend Tâm enough. Thank you for everything! ❤️❤️

I had a truly amazing experience at the home stay. It's a really cozy place, 15 minutes far from the beach where you feel like at home. Tam's mother cooked really good food and vegetarian food for me :) she is a really nice and caring woman. Tam showed me some nice local spots and I got to know his girlfriend and her family. He also gave me some recommendations for places I explored on my own. I felt really welcomed and grateful for this experience. The work was also really nice. It never took longer than 2 hours and was not even every day. I was just chatting with kids :)

I had a relaxing experience staying with Tam and his family. The work was very casual and rewarding. His students are all great. As well, his farm was peaceful with two friendly dogs that he has rescued. Tam and his friends and family were all very generous and welcoming.

Tam is a traveler and and he and his family offer their house without anything in return. I had the opportunity to collaborate by painting a mural and helping in an English class for boys and girls. There, I meet local people who invite me to know more about the culture. Tam's mom was very kind to me and prepared local food for me, and I use the motorbike to visit different places too. It is important that you communicate your interests so you can decide how many days you want to stay here. If you have any questions feel free to ask me Thank you Tam!!

The homestay Tam has built is a lovely and peaceful space! Just a quick motorbike to the beach, and delicious local food in the neighborhood. The host's generosity and chill vibes are unmatched! There's really not much work, just a kind host/fellow traveler who wants to help and share with others. Forever grateful for Tam's generosity, and this lovely peaceful time!

We stayed there for 1,5 weeks but were supposed to stay for 2 weeks. We had to cut it short, because there was simply nothing to do, neither work-wise or in the town. During the stay we worked once for an hour. The work was okay, Tam and the children were very sweet. At the homestay where we stayed no one spoke English, which made communication extremely difficult. We didn't receive the meals as promised, not once. So we had to pay for food everyday. The homestay itself was okay, but there was no toiletpapir or soap and when we asked for toiletpapir we were told to buy it ourselves!
