Had a great time at the hostel, met so many amazing people especially other volunteers. The whole team especially Meche made me feel so welcome from minute one. Nice location in downtown Cancun and good facilities, okay flexible working hours. A very nice chill vibe at the hostel and it's easy to go to the beach and trip to other cites on you days of.

Francisco is a nice and caring host 🙂 The tasks are very simple and easy and you'll have plenty of time to enjoy what the area has to offer. The rest of the staff is wonderful and you will be treated like family.

Francisco and Mercedes are amazing! They make you feel, and they treat you as part of their family. My experience at TBH was remarkable, I made new international friends, enjoyed myself, and learned a lot. Privileged location, cozy facilities, and I would dare to say, the place exceeded all my expectations.

My experience at the hostel was amazing. I met people from all over the world and got along great with everyone. From the moment i met the staff i was welcomed and felt like family. The volunteering is straight forward and simple. You will have lots of free time so I recommend picking up a hobby or going out to explore the city beaches and local culture. Everyone was friendly and willing to help with any thing. Don't go here if you're expecting a resort. It is a hostel still but how it's run makes you feel like you're all family. I will miss the chill nights on the patio and bbqs

Tuve una experiencia muy linda en TBH incluso amplié mi estadía una semana más de lo acordado, Francisco es flexible y amigable y Mercedes es una lindisima persona que siempre inyecta energía positiva! las tareas son sencillas y se respeta todo lo acordado! Me siento más que agradecida por el tiempo compartido con este equipo y por todos los lindos recuerdos y gratas experiencias vividas en este Hostel, espero algún día volver. Lo super recomiendo 💯

Llegar al hostel fue de las mejores experiencias que he tenido, el equipo es una gran familia, siempre amables y accesibles. Me hicieron sentir en casa en todo momento. Meche y Francisco me recibieron como parte de su equipo desde el primer minuto. El lugar es muy tranquilo, comodo y agradable, hice muchos amigos internacionales y vivi experiencias maravillosas con los tours que me gane gracias a mi labor dentro del hostel. A la hora del desayuno se hace una convivencia familiar y las noches de bohemia en el garden mis favoritas. Muchas gracias el hostel. Volvere pronto.

Small but cozy place, cleaning standards were good, quiet and peaceful place. Good place to practice hostel management skills.
