My time in the hostel was a great experience. I learnt so much about Guatemala and its people, saw some of the best sunsets and I am leaving with incredible memories. If you like to party and have fun, this is the place for you. The island isn't big so there aren't a lot of things to explore nature wise, but it's a very relaxing place. The work in itself is very easy, the only issue I had was with the bar manager who was a terrible communicator and never had me do the fun stuff even when I asked. Everybody else was great, I had the best time and definitely felt at home!!

The hostel is a fantastic place to volunteer for a few weeks! The exchange is very balanced. 5 days a week, 7-1 am the latest for great benefits. The food provided is delicious, activities are so fun, and the accommodation is separate from the hostel with its own facilities. The nightbar is simple, loud, but fun! The team is welcoming, kind, and patient. I loved that we would do activities with both workers and volunteers. Met some great people there. I felt we had flexibility to be creative, and running the catamaran tours were my favorite! I had a great experience and will be back!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue hermosa. Estuve 3 semanas, guiando 1h de Yoga a la mañana y 4h por la tarde colaborando en recepción. Destaco la calidad humana del equipo que me hizo sentir como en casa, las increíbles comidas que preparan alli. Isla de Flores es un destino precioso, el equilibrio donde poder disfrutar de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad, la fiesta y vida social. Super recomiendo la experiencia.

The experience at the hostel was much more than I expected. The people, the staff members and the connections thought me so much, I was able to grow in my Yoga practice as a teacher and as a masseuse. The environment was harmonious, relaxed and friendly. The food was always delicious and the kitchen staff was always able to offer vegetarian options. I am really grateful and thankful to everyone in this amazing hostel. Can't wait to come back!!

I genuinely feel so lucky to have been able to work at the hostel, as the people who work there are some of the best people I have ever met. Leaving was incredibly difficult, but I am hopeful that I will return soon. I cannot recommend this experience enough!! They really do an amazing job at integrating you into the team and making Flores feel like a home. I was so nervous about coming because it was my first WorldPackers experience, but this experience exceeeeedddeeeddd my already incredibly high expectations for this trip.

The greatest thing about my time at the hostel were the people. You truly feel like part of a family. The tasks are easy and like agreed upon. I would 100% recommend volunteering here! Shut-out to Diego who does an amazing job at making everyone feel welcome and seen.

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel. The staff, other volunteers and the overall vibe of the place made it feel like a second home. The hostel has everything and Flores is nothing short than magical. Working at the nightbar was an amazing experience - I got to meet nice people every evening while creating and serving drinks. Thank you the hostel for the Memories!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Las the hostel. The Staff and other volunteers made the place feel like a home away from home. The hostel itself is so beautiful and flores is a slice of paradise. I was able to design the Yoga classes to suit my style and being able to teach every morning helped my practice grow expendentionally. Thank you the hostel, I'll hopeful be back soon

Mi experiencia en el hostal fue muy buena, estuve un mes en la isla de Flores y disfruté de los beneficios del hostal. Puntos positivos: - Tienes acceso a diferentes actividades como catamaran, kayaks, torneos de futbolín, beer pong, billar, karaoke. - Excelente desayuno. - Dos días de descanso. Por mejorar: - Ten en cuenta y habla sobre tus horarios, a veces trabajas más de lo que dicen en WP. -Si buscas espacios abiertos, esté no será tu destino. - La casa de voluntarios (cocina/baño) Seguro tendrás una gran experiencia y vas a compartir con otros voluntarios! Es mi opinión más honesta.

I arrived as a yoga teacher, but due to their mistake after a few days arrived another yoga teacher. At first I was told that we'll be having 2 yoga classes but after they said that they didn't need to teachers so offered me to work at the bar, which I was not interested in (the other teacher was not offered the same) It felt like they were just looking for excuses to let me go: accusing me of not doing properly the reception work (however they never told me about my mistakes before and just said "we were observing you and this and that was not right). Huge miscommunication.
