It was a very nice experience, they gave me everything I agreed to and the staff was very friendly, clarifying all my doubts. The tasks were easy, although sometimes it was a little difficult to get reviews since they were mostly schools with children, and I was the only volunteer so sometimes it could be a little lonely, anyway the city was beauty and I got to know a lot, thanks!

The weeks I spent volunteering at this hostel were incredible. The staff is great and will always be happy to welcome and help you if needed. The tasks were quite simple, consisting of collecting reviews and complaints from the customers and occasionally helping in the local bar. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in an international environment.

Fue una buena experiencia. Tienes habitación con baño ducha y nevera. Las horas son razonables y el staff es muy amable. Ellos te guían y te ayudan en lo que necesites. El hostel es ameno. Pero realmente es el staff el que hace más ameno todo. La ciudad es simplemente hermosa, hay muchos estudiantes aquí y por este tiempo el clima ha sido perfecto!

The experience was awesome! Marvin is the manager responsible, I didn't have so much contact with him but instead I've got really close to the other staff, they were all super friendly with me, I can say I've made friends there. The work is easy, but can be a bit frustrating sometimes. We've had to collect reviews from the guests; depending on the shift they can be more or less friendly. In the morning is hard to get reviews since the guests are having breakfast and they don't want to be disturbed, in the night is easier, the shift is at the bar, so people are more approachable there.

It was a great experience. The work is nice, and the team of employees is very friendly. Everything is well organised and explained. The hostel has a good structure, with a well-equipped kitchen and the city is incredibly beautiful, full of history. In the city have a river and many young people. Regardless of WP, the hostel the city are places that in my opinion should be seen.
