Gardening in an argentine farm in Germany

I had a lot of fun at the farm! I stayed for about 3 weeks and had differnet kinds of tasks, like feeding the animals, renovating or marketing. After your 6 working hours you could do whatever you want to, so I went to a gym in the area often. I also enjoyed my time with the other volunteers. Everyone, also Amancio was very open and welcoming, which created a nice atmosphere. Sometimes it gets a bit cold in the house, as the heating didn't always work, and you are pretty depended on your car, as there is nothing close , but if you have no problem with that you will have a great time! :)

Overall I had a great time at the farm. I stayed there for 3 weeks. I met incredible people and went to many small towns in the area. It was good that I went with my car, because without one it is hard to go somewhere fun in your free time. I got to ride horse, a nice new experience! The stay was good. Because the place has to be renovated it is not luxury, but you have the basic things. It was a little cold, most of the time. There is no plan for the renovation, but you'll still be busy with tasks every day. The con about no plan is that there are some situations that aren't really safe.

I volunteered at the farm for 2 weeks. I had a nice time there, from doing construction work to caring for the horses. The host Amancio was very welcoming from the first contact. He is always smiling and positive whatever the situtation is. Pros There is autonomy in the work done Choosing working hours and tasks during the day are flexible Amancio is a great cook and singer You go on horse ride ;) Cons There is a lack of planning and organization. The heating and sleeping areas are not adequate. There is a lack of knowledge about construction, which is dangerous sometimes.
