É a segunda vez que faço voluntariado aqui e voltarei! o hostel faz todos se sentirem em casa, parte da família! O trabalho de maneira geral é tranquilo, tem muitas possibilidades de fazer as atividades locais e muitos safáris! Todas as pessoas que trabalham lá são incríveis! Pensam sempre em como melhorar e ajudar a comunidade local, com muito carinho e atenção, além de serem super animados e incentivarem a socialização e inclusão de todos! Considero esse lugar uma segunda casa! Amo muito e recomendo!

Essa semana dúvida foi uma das minhas melhores experiências em um voluntariado. Mayra, Rene, Marion e Oliver nos acolheram como parte de sua família, não posso deixar de mencionar também os Staffs que trabalham com eles que são pessoas incríveis e maravilhosas. Sobre as tarefas, é algo muito tranquilo, o horário é respeitado e nada exigido além do que pedem. Eles oferecem alguns passeios locais, fizemos alguns safaris e te digo que vale ir em toda oportunidade, a natureza pode te surpreender a cada dia. Por fim, deixo aqui meu agradecimento e indicação pra esse lugar incrível maravilhoso. ❤️

Experiência incrível, sem palavras para descrever nossas três semanas. Além do local ser perfeito, rodeado de lindos animais, o ambiente familiar deixará saudades. O trabalho é tranquilo, Mayra uma querida, conduziu tudo com leveza, respeito e cuidado com cada um. Mayra, Rene, Oliver e Marion somente obrigado por tudo. Com certeza voltaremos em breve…

Foi uma ótima experiência, perfeito como meu primeiro voluntariado internacional. Tive a oportunidade de conhecer muita gente, de falar muito inglês e pra mim isso é bem importante. A rotina é tranquila, apesar de acordarmos muito cedo, os passeios começam às 5h ou 5h30, então todos costumam dormir cedo e acordar cedo. Adorei o René e a Mayra, eles são incríveis. E o Robert <3, o guia do hostel, ele é um amor e sempre explica tudo com o maior carinho. Vou sentir saudades! O wifi não funciona no quarto, só nas áreas comuns, isso me dificultou um pouco para editar os vídeos e postar.

And haha yes, the Wi-Fi not working in the rooms is on purpose gotta keep that social vibe alive! But don’t worry, we’ve got a small workstation (screen, keyboard, mouse) or the classic poolside Wi-Fi if you need it!

Foi uma das melhores experiências da minha vida, cheguei no dia 05/02 com meu avô e meus primos que vieram como hóspedes e amaram, foi muito bom ouvir dos meus primos que eles tem vontade de voltar e ficar semanas voluntariando aqui porque é exatamente o que eu senti quando me inscrevi e continuo sentindo mesmo agora indo embora. As tarefas num geral são bem tranquilas e basicamente cuidamos da louça e organização no café da manhã e jantar. Fora o fato de que me senti em casa e ganhei uma nova família, todos são incríveis, super acolhedores e vou sentir muita falta. Já pretendo voltar.

Um ambiente acolhedor em meio a uma natureza estonteante. Vivemos dias inesquecíveis no hostel, foi nosso primeiro voluntariado e não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor opção. A equipe foi super receptiva e tornou a experiência leve e prazerosa. A rotina de trabalho em ótima, pois lhe permite tanto contribuir com a hospedagem quanto aproveitar o lugar, tanto o ambiente do hostel quanto os arredores do Marloth o hostel. Poder participar dos tours e Safáris é um adicional incomparável, nunca esqueceremos. Por fim, a equipe Mayra, Rene, Martin e Anne são pessoas maravilhosas! Obrigada!

I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived at Kruguer the hostel. It's a family-run place, and you really do feel like part of the family there (with all the ups and downs that comes with that haha). They're super open to feedback and very flexible when it comes to communicating and adjusting things when needed. The kitchen work is pretty easy, it can get a big busy when they receive big groups at the same time, but overall it's very chill. The highlights for me were definitely joining the game drives and walks around Marloth the hostel to see the animals. I'm thankful for the experience!

Giovanna was an absolutely wonderful volunteer cook at our hostel. She prepared amazing dinners night after night, always putting so much care, creativity, and flavor into every meal. Her positivity, kindness, and calm presence made her a joy to have in the kitchen and around the team. We’re incredibly grateful for her hard work and the love she put into every dish.

I had a great time t KPH! I felt welcomed from the first moment on! The hostel feels cozy and the team quite like family. I had the chance to do trips to Mozambique and Eswatini which where both super fun :)

Had a wonderful time at the hostel. The location is very unique and there is a lot of opportunity to see amazing things! The activities are great and the opportunity to go on game drives on the same day as a work day is really appreciated. There was some very challenging weather during our stay and Rene worked hard to adapt our plans to ensure we could still have a great experience. The staff are very passionate about nature and this was noticeable from day 1
