A experiência

I am looking for a companion to share social life and look after the household during the winter and summer. The work is just few hours per week light duty mostly cleaning and house keeping. No heavy work or physically demanding tasks. You would stay in the spare bedroom and you have your own bathroom. I am hosting one person from now on for the foreseeable time but it may happen that your stay will overlap with the previous or next visitor.

I am hosting mostly to have company in the house, not because of the work I like to have done at my place. The idea is to give someone the opportunity to experience the beautiful rural Irish countryside in a way a tourist would never see. You would be involved in my social life and I take you to see places and to socialise with locals and friends alike. I am not looking for an introvert loner that hides in their room but rather someone to have fun with and chat, be socially active and do things together. I am hosting between 1 and 2 visitors depending on the time of year. You would either have the spare bedroom and bathroom all to yourself or you would share the room with another visitor of the same gender. The room has one double and one single bed.

Atividades & Turnos

Before I accept a visitor I will send you a detailed description of the tasks I expect you to do. You can determine the days and times as it suits you. The general idea is have fun 1st and work 2nd. There is nothing that can't wait for the next day if better things to do come up. I do not expect you to do anything Saturday and Sunday, the 3rd free day is up to you to chose but its flexible regarding days as far as I am concerned as long as your weekend is off. Activities are obviously depending on the weather and your preferences, I am generally happy to show people my area at weekends and go in road trips to visit places. There is a bus service to go places independent from my schedule. Please don't expect 24/7 entertainment service, the weather during the winter is mostly grey, windy and wet with a few days here and there of sunshine and nice. In the summer its less rain usually and never really hot, 17-21 degree would be the average.

Regras

I do not host Vegans and Vegetarians only if they can help with cooking. That's my own short coming, my general way of life would not be compatible with a vegan way of life. I have a cat that may be in the house occasionally. If you have any allergies and/or health issues that could impact your stay or requires medical facilities in close proximity please communicate that in advance.
