All in all I enjoyed my stay in Faro, especially the other volunteers made my time there really great!! However when it comes to the work, I would change some things. The hostel really lives from their volunteers as we did most of the work. Also sometimes they let us do some shifts alone without teaching us all the tasks properly beforehand. I think there should have always been a supervisor in the hostel with us because we as volunteers weren't able to answer all the questions the guests had. Overall the time there was really fun but they could do some improvements.

I had a great time at the hostel! The supervisors were kind and flexible, and I learned a lot at the reception. The vibe with the other volunteers was amazing, we became very close. Sometimes shifts ran longer due to late check-ins, and a few tasks weren't clearly explained at first. But there was also lots of freedom during quiet shifts. The accommodation was basic but cozy. The room was small for six people and we cleaned it ourselves, but overall it was a nice experience!

The best thing about this experience were the other volunteers. The hostel itself is not bad, but it definitely could improve its maintenance and organisation. We volunteers do practically 90% of the work, and it shows. There were many situations in which we were left completely alone and had no previous training on how to handle certain situations. Moreover, the cleaning and housekeeping was left entirely up to us which obviously didn't help the image of the hostel, as we couldn't da rigorous job. All in all I had a fun time and will miss my fellow volunteers, but the hostel needs improving

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel, everyone is been super nice and welcoming from the first day. The work is easy and if you need help there's always someone who you can rely on, overall it's been a wonderfull experience and i highly recommend to apply specifically if it will be your fist volunteering experience, you will have a great time. Finally, I wanted to thank everyone at the hostel for making me feel like at home. See you soon :)

I had an amazing experience at the hostel and can't recommend it enough! The work is very reasonable, and having three days off each week gave me plenty of time to explore the beautiful city. The managers are absolutely wonderful—they made me feel at home immediately. The atmosphere at the hostel is incredible, and the people I met, both staff and locals, made my stay unforgettable. I can't wait to return to the hostel in the future. It truly felt like home, and I'm so grateful for the memories I made there. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful time at the hostel in Faro. I really enjoyed how social it was. The beach is lovely and it was a great destination to escape the winter. The work is very chilled out and the managers are really nice and accommodating. I would 100% recommend the hostel, especially if you are looking to make friends with other travellers.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hostel. It was my first volunteering experience and I had the best time ever. I had the chance to go out and meet so many amazing people who truly made my time there so much more enjoyable. The staff and other volunteers were super welcoming and helpful, working hours were always respected and very flexible too. Tasks were not hard at all and the hostel is in a great location and very modern. All in all, my stay was a very rewarding experience and I'd recommend the hostel to everyone!

The hostel was a joyful experience. I had a lot of fun exploring Faro's nightlife which was a huge highlight of my stay. Tasks were easy to do. Hosts were very adaptive. When I asked for a slight change in shift schedule there was no prolem for hosts to arrange that. My time spent with other travelers was very special. I recomend the hostel to everyone wishing to enjoy quiet life and partying and the same time.

It was my first time volunteering on Worldpackers and the hostel made it really special! Faro is quite a small city, which is why it's really calm and chill. The beach is very pretty and the discounts on various things are great. Work isn't very hard and managers were always flexible about it. The atmosphere with other travelers was very pleasant- we did many fun things together, which I'm very grateful for. I'll miss this place! Thank you for everything:))

I had a wonderful experience volunteering at the hostel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and included in the team. I had the opportunity to meet amazing people from all over the world. The schedule was always respected, and there were even times when we finished our tasks earlier than expected. It was truly a rewarding and enjoyable experience!
