I had the best time in HHH surrounded by nature and amazing people. Be prepared for a hard mattress and waking up with the roosters at 5am.

The last month here was so wonderful I truly don't want to leave. If you want to get the most out of your time here try to stay longer than just one week. I got to explore local temples with other volunteers, learn 30+ new recipes from Pinan Tea, go to the Monday market twice, and learn so much about the Lanna culture from this experience. The work is very rewarding and not too hard, you get lots of free time to read and explore the lake that's a 15 minute walk away. This place was like home and I miss it already! Thank you pinan Jim, Pinan Tea, Pinan Toong, Turika, Tinika, and Butter! :) 🙏🪱🌈

My time at HHH was exactly that — the project and the project. The community was so warm and welcoming, and as somebody with limited experience living in nature and gardening, I felt very taken care of by Pinan Jim, Pinan Tea, and all of the other amazing volunteers. I absolutely recommend this experience if you're looking to take a step back and learn a lot about food, agriculture, and the world around you!

This was such a unique experience! getting to be surrounded by such a beautiful place, live a simple yet fulfilling life, always accompanied by Pinan Jim's songs and eating the most amazing food made by Pinan Tea! I learned a lot, got to work with hammers, paint and cooked traditional thai food…left feeling like i have a home in thailand.

We enjoyed everything about this volunteer experience. I learned so much about sustainability and agriculture than I thought possible. Pinan Jim and Pinan Tea were so pleasant and easy to work with. I absolutely loved the food, it was fresh and came with a feeling of accomplishment as we often picked our herbs and vegetables for meals. I would recommend this assignment to anyone wanting to get in touch with nature or to even just get back in touch with themselves.

My time at the project was really peaceful and a nice break! Pinan Jim & Pinan Tea were both very lovely people, and it definitely felt homely the longer I stayed :) The food was simple yet really delicious too! The work is very minimal, usually from about 9-12, with no forced work. If you aren't feeling it for the day, they won't force you to do anything at all. It was very laidback and I felt comfortable with everything we did, sometimes planting avocado seeds or transporting mulch onto garden beds. Overall, it's a really peaceful spot, I recommend bringing a book too.

Our stay at the project was deeply rewarding. Nestled in the Chiang Mai mountains, we were welcomed like family. The volunteer work, from clearing bamboo for a rain-catching system to gardening, was both engaging and satisfying. Each task allowed us to see the impact of our efforts. Evenings were filled with delicious Lanna-style meals and cultural exchanges. The warmth of Pinan Jim and his family made us feel truly at home. We left with new skills, cherished memories, and a global family. Highly recommended!

My experience at the project was amazing! The farm is such a peaceful and welcoming environment. Truly a great place connect with nature, yourself and other travelers. I expected to learn more about meditation, Buddhism, and yoga, but it seems Pinan Jim doesn't teach like he once did. Although Pinan Jim and Pinan Tea are very kind and welcoming. In the future it would be great to see some more lead teachings on subjects like Buddhism, Lanna culture, bio construction, or permaculture. Although my expectations within learning about these things wasn't meant I still recommend staying here
