Great experience, 100% recommend. A good chance to have a quiet week and relax in the nature around Casa the home. Thank you to Esteban for taking us on excursions snorkelling, touring around town, eating local tacos and dancing too.

SO MUCH FUN! Esteban is a great host, he went out of his way to take us snorkelling, he let us join the salsa dancing classes that he teaches, and he provided all the basic food to cook our meals. The bedroom js extremely comfortable with a lovely bathroom and great AC. The complex that the house is in is very fancy with pools and walking tracks. The work hours were respected and communication of tasks each day was clear. I did some gardening, some cleaning and created some videos in English. Thank you so much, hopefully I can return again soon!

¡Súper recomendado! Fue una experiencia maravillosa. Fui recibida con calidez y en un ambiente de mucho respeto. Esteban se aseguró de que todas las tareas estuvieran bien definidas y se completaran dentro de los tiempos acordados, además de proveer lo necesario para ejecutarlas, lo que hizo que todo fluyera sin problemas. Su casa es muy cómoda y agradable, además de que tienes contacto con la naturaleza, por lo que me sentí muy a gusto. Esteban es un excelente conversador y tiene muchas historias por contar, además ¡baila salsa! me sentí como en casa de amigos, muy especial. Repetiría

Pase una estancia muy cómoda y agradable en la casa, la casa de Esteban. Momento para introspección y también para diversión. El comparte su bella casa amablemente con los viajeros y normalmente son uno o dos los voluntarios que hay . Esteban da clases de salsa y comienza a dar clases de snorkel, yo la pasé súper bien! Gracias!!!

Un lugarcito en medio de lo verde, la naturaleza, la casa es amplia y con todas las comodidades, para los momentos libres hay alberca y gym. Las tareas son fáciles de realizar y Esteban esta pendiente siempre de que no nos falte nada. Mi primer experiencia de voluntariado, excelente 💘

I had a great experience as an artist coming into the house. I felt welcomed and it was a great creative space to be in. The host was very flexible and accommodating. I would recommend this to friends. The rooms were comfortable and the house, gym and pool were amazing!

Esteban fue flexible al recibirme junto a otros 4 artistas. Nos quedamos 5 días y en solo 2 completamos un mural impecable que es lo primero que se ve al entrar al hospedaje, además de otro mural en su estudio. El lugar es cómodo y rodeado de naturaleza, pero está lejos de tiendas. Al trabajar bajo el sol pedimos líquidos y aunque tiene carro, nos dijo que debíamos ir nosotros, mostrando una total falta de empatía ya que acordamos que él proveería comida y bebidas, hubo comentarios y actitudes incómodas, además de tareas de limpieza no acordadas. Estos detalles afectaron nuestra experiencia.

Laura agradecemos tus comentarios, fue para nosotros un poco dificil recibirte despues de tu fecha acordada que no llegaste y un dia especial de festividades, aun asi pudimos recibirlos para que no se quedaran sin hospedaje, a tus compañeros no llegaron por worldpackers, si no por medios externos. el comsumos de alimentos y bebidas incluidadas alcholicas de su parte fue sin limites y aprovechado, por las que fue complicado satisfacer sus necesidades de alimentos y bebidas, fue muy rapido poder adaptarnos a nuevas fechas. Sin embargo aprendimos mucho de esta experiencia, y seguiremos mejorando. Nos hibiera gustado mas que hicieras los comentarios mas acerca de tu experiencia y no de otras personas externas

While the aesthetics of the house and neighborhood were nice, it wasn't where it's advertised on here. It's on an unwalkable highway, where you must pay collectivos to go anywhere. Esteban conditionally drives if he is already traveling, and might tell you, or might quickly leave without you. While he is friendly, he made artists clean after his personal party on their first day because they didn't have a costume. I didn't align with the transactional values, or how he treated the other artists, and worked overtime to finish my mural early. I'm thankful for the opp, DM me for more info

We appreciate your opinion dear Amy, we accepted the other artists on the same day of the costume party for our festivities. They had no place to stay and we made the effort to accept them on the same day so that they could have hospitality and the negotiations with them were different, since they did not come for this application.

These negotiations were unknown to you, but we understand your desire to express a situation that you were unaware of. We would have liked to hear more about your experience and not that of others that you were unaware of. Regarding the location is marked correctly as the same wordpackers application does not allow you to make a different one.

The times we left were for work issues while you continued to work because you started late and finished when you wanted to, because of your comments that you were an artist and worked when you felt like it and not according to a plan or project, not according to the 5 hour plan. The description of the house and the project are clear in the description. Remember that you can always write to us to clarify any doubts. We send you greetings and success in your next volunteering.

I was welcomed right away when I arrived to the house and all the other travelers were very friendly as well. It was a great space to share meals and ideas and experiences. I felt it was a safe collaborative space to relax and enjoy sharing my artwork. The host took us to the grocery store, and to various salsa outings which was fun, since the house is far away from town. There's a good chance to see monkeys, birds, and really connect with nature. I would recommend to communicate all details with the host before starting the work and stay on top of communication for the best experience.

Superzeit, tolles Projekt!Eine Herausforderung mit den vorhandenen Werkzeugen und Materialen.Freizeit zeigte er die lokale Restauration, Salsaclubs oder Salsakurs. Ein Schnorchelausflug & den Besuch der Cenote mit Transport waren super.Das Haus liegt im grünen von Puerto Morelos, weit weg vom nächsten Supermarkt. Der Pool ist wunderschön. Mahlzeiten nicht wie beschrieben inbegriffen. Es hatte wenige Grundnahrungsmittel.Eigentlich habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt, aber leider nicht zu Hause.Bis zum letzten Tag war es für mich nicht möglich das Haus selbstständig zu betreten.
