This was my first Worldpackers experience and I couldn't have asked for more! Nao is a special person. She's fun, lively, generous, passionate and such an inspiration. She always made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The place is surprisingly beautiful and peaceful, the room is cosy and the food cooked by Mae is simply delicious. I'm grateful for the chance to teach English in the village, had so much fun and was able to connect with the local people who are so kind and friendly! Had a great time with the other volunteers as well. I'm full of amazing memories, can't wait to come back :)

Staying at the eco village was truely an incredible experience and one that I will never forget. Nao was such a welcoming and kind host who ensured I got the most out of my stay. She provided me with amazing opportunities to get involved with the community by teaching English and engaging with local culture. Staying at the eco village felt like an escape from reality as it was so peaceful and calming. The food provided everyday, cooked by Ma, was amazing. The facilities were great, I loved staying in my own hut and waking up everyday to the sounds of birds. I will definitely be coming back!

Overall I enjoyed my time at filmfarm as a first experience. I did 5.hours of work a day, clarify how much your role has it varies. Highlights: trying out new skills, fellow volunteers, great property with lots of shade, rooms + showers were decent, great porch to chill on. Negatives: Host was disengaged at times, telling me to orientate a new volunteer who arrived in the evening (7pm) because she is going to bed. Perhaps it's a cultural thing but I expect if someone comes to my house I greet them. As more people arrived the quality of food went down and we were asked to pay extra on

Bestin might be the most quite volunteer we had so far. But most we saw him with smile. He also can send his soft and calm energy In the early morning throughout the middle part of the farm that he usually sit meditation and yoga. Be around him.is easy and simple. So how come We can't forget his name. :) And our family all here try our best to remember and call everybody by name. But as now we have several teams of work, it easier to refer them by team work name.

As host to open people to my house. I will be more clear with future volunteers that likely I will not engage with them in the evening or night time as most of the day we all around. My evening routine would be reading, relax, review diary my day myself. And I wake up to work from 4am.

Asking for extra stock food for people who need more protien muscle, it necessary and fair not for everyone, For one-two more eggs chicken are ok, but for 4 eggs each day for person for several person it was actually unconsidered for us.

As for quatily of food were down as you felt, we are sorry, but my parent did the best as they can to serve eveyone and make sure that everyone has enough to eat 3 meals a day. 2-3 menues each meal.

BD Cakes it special requirement and extra work that I love to do for volunteer here cause they away from home in their BD. Even as time of that day I have another 2 meetings waiting to do at that night.

Thanks for reveiw both sides for your experience. It would help us to be more clear with next future volunteers about all this to be considered.

I'm grateful for this experience—it was my first time volunteering, and I formed close bonds with amazing people. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from busy city life. However, teaching started in the second week, which wasn't communicated beforehand, and we taught at only one school instead of the advertised three. Disorganization and frequent schedule changes added frustration. The program felt more like a paid service than an exchange, as refunds weren't provided when volunteers left early. Limited communication with the host left me feeling disconnected.

Mixed experience: the school and children were adorable, and teaching was a wonderful adventure. The teachers and Nao's mother, who is an excellent cook, deserve a special mention. However, the relationship with the host was disastrous: absent upon arrival and departure, late communication about classes, and interactions limited to requests or money. She never checked on the volunteers and clearly didn't care about us. I had hoped for a family atmosphere, but it was with the volunteers that I found it. Despite the great people I met, this relationship overshadowed the volunteering experience.

She has brought her passion and profession on Music to the kids and local schools, It was amazing to see that she could made kids who never feel and touch any music to have fun and comfortable to try it on. Kids can feel her passion on it and take it on. Thank you for this.

And for the review. There another side of it. Even I were not appeared or involved in your group that much, Everything that happened here never not in my eyes and responsibilty. I followed up and coorniated it all. Even the accidents on bike that happened. Volunteers saw only from their sides that they got hurt, but the other side also hurt and impact of that accident not only about bike but also relationship and trust with villagers.

Even I not meet them much, but what needed, I provided, such as arrange new room as could possible. And sorry that you come in the big grife and loss time in my life.

Negatives: Nao's lack of involvement and lack of communication of key information. For example, we didn't see her on the first or last day, no hello or goodbye... During our volunteering she was going through a difficult time with the death of her dog, but this had a huge impact on our experience. I wish her all the best for the future and hope that future volunteers have a different experience. On the other hand, the teaching missions were very positive. I loved the school that welcomed us, and you couldn't help but feel affection for the children. I spent some unforgettable moments !

You broght his passion and profession on Music to our local schools. WE all excited about it, espeacially kids who never touch and feel any Music Instruments. He could made everyone feel comfortable about Music, even they have no experience on it before. Really glad and happy to see him shared that with our community here. Also he is a very understand person about situation here and really flexible and gentle and really responsible about it. Thx.

And at last no responsiblity for bike, which in the group power together, 3 ride on bike, alredy wrong, and actully the volunteers side also wrong in this accident cause arupt turn, and once accident happened no inform to me and never say about take responsibilty for until now.

I had a very special experience at FilmFarmSchool. It was organized differently because Nao wasn't there for the first week but we collaborated remotely and her parents were welcoming hosts! It's a good place to learn new skills and reconnect with nature and art. Thank you for everything 💛

My stay there was ok, and the family was welcoming, Nao's mom is accommodative. Nao has a profound impact on the community, and she is doing a good job with helping the locals. Basically, you get to teach English by coming up with lesson plans that engage the kids. Overall, you get to interact with nature and immerse yourself with the locals. It was new for me but was ok
