Help in setting up a music festival in France

A experiência

We're looking for volunteers to help us build and decorating the scenes, gather plant materials, cook for the team during preparation week, help with woodwork, welcome fans coming to the festival, check their tickets, sell food and drinks tickets.

If you can drive in France, we also need help to pick up and drop off artists at the train station or their hotel (20min ride)

Detalhes

Usually we start at around 10am after a goof breakfast. We do the activities in teams. One team is lead by Zoé for the artistic part of the scenography : decorating the scenes, shaping wood panels, painting them, setting up chill spaces...Etc
The other team, lead by Cedric, does the heavy activities : Installing structures for the scenes, planting posts that will support shade sails, building wooden structures such as a bar, seats, tables and so.
Lunch will often be on the go, another team will take care of the food. And we all meet at the end of the day for a beer, and a dinner together. Evenings are free, we often chill and drink together in the garden after dinner.
