Foi minha primeira experiência em um hostel grande tão grande quanto esse, mais parece um hotel. Os voluntários e a equipe eram legais e as acomodações bem boas. O café da manhã é excelente! Muita variedade e a comida é ótima. Tem um mercado perto, o que facilitou muito. O trabalho em si não é difícil e as horas são muito bem respeitadas. A cidade em si não tem muita coisa porém o centro histórico é lindo e ver o por do sol na beira do rio é de tirar o fôlego. Um ótimo lugar para ficar poucas semanas.

Estive por pouco tempo no hostel no hostel, 16 dias, porém uma experiência super valida, com gente super bacana, principalmente a Aline, super educada e amável. As tarefas e horários são passados com antecedência e explicados sobre o que fazer. Participei ajudando no bar e na cozinha e sempre há funcionários ajudando e tirando dúvidas. Gostei e espero voltar um dia.

My experience at the hostel was very positive. The staff and the other volunteers made me feel at home from the first day, creating a friendly and welcoming environment. The tasks were simple and well organized, and I really appreciated the flexibility with schedules and days off. It was a great place to meet new people and enjoy the city. I would love to come back in the future

It has been a great experience!!! All of the staff are amazing. I spent two incredible weeks here. They are all wonderful people, always smiling, always willing to help, and full of great vibes. Schedules are always respected. In fact, there is plenty of free time, and they are super flexible with shifts and days off. I am very grateful for the opportunity. These have been different and very special Christmas holidays. I have met incredible people whom I will carry with me forever. I wish the whole team all the best and hope to see them again. Thank you so much!! 🥰💙

The experience was the best! The tasks are really easy and people are really nice! They are flexible and helps you with everything! I super recomend to volunteer here! You have connections with different people from different countries and cultures! They are super organized and care about everyone!

Alyne handled her tasks with great commitment, reliability, and a consistently positive attitude. I was truly very satisfied with her work. She mainly supported us in Customer Service, where she did an excellent job. Alyne interacted with guests in a friendly, open, and attentive manner and significantly contributed to positive guest experiences. She handled demanding situations with confidence, empathy, and a smile. I can highly recommend Alyne and am very grateful for her support.

I had a great experience volunteering at the hostel. I really appreciate for the team to fully respect my own schedule during my stay. I mainly assisted the house technician, who was very kind and fun to work with. The tasks were not difficult, and he explained everything clearly. I also enjoyed chatting and spending time with the other volunteers from different countries. Overall, it was such a memorable and enriching stay!!

I had a wonderful experience at the hostel! The hostel is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff members are kind, respectful, and always friendly. Communication about tasks, shifts, and any other details was super clear. The tasks themselves are easy to learn, and they provide all the tools and instructions you need to do them well. Unfortunately, I had to shorten my stay due to a personal issue in Argentina, but the team was incredibly flexible and supportive with the changes to my plans. I'd definitely recommend this place!

It was a wonderful experience. It arrived just when I needed it. The staff is super friendly and understanding, and I always felt comfortable with them. We have a girls-only room, which I thought was great. The others volunteers I met are wonderful people, and I felt like at home with them. I learned a lot helping the team with the activities, and I found it super entertaining. Breakfast was my favorite moment 😍I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you, Lama, Markus, and the team. I felt at home, but surrounded by cultural diversity. I loved it. I highly recommend it ❤️ thanks again.
