I really enjoyed the environment every night. Was so funny and there are started my love for the Belgium beers!!!! I falled in love with brugges, is a charming village, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, the shift in the bar is easy, Stephen is flexible with the free days, maybe the accommodation can be better, at least with more windows and natural light, and the introduction for the tasks or things about the place, can be more specific or organize. Thank you for the time there. <3

Working the hostel was a fun experience! We bar-backed during our stay, and it was super easy work and the agreed upon work and hours were always respected! Steve is great to work for - he got us discounts at other the hostel. Christopher's hostels and was always flexible in making the schedule fit to the volunteers' travel plans. Steve and the rest of the staff the hostel were all very welcoming and made it a great work environment! My only complaint would be that the room the volunteers live in isn't the best, but it was our first time volunteering in a hostel so we have no comparison.

This was my first volunteering experience and I enjoyed all of it! I loved getting to know the locals and experiencing life in Bruges. The other volunteers were very welcoming and fun. The staff was very fun and helped if I needed it. The hours were great, lots of free time. And the work was very easy!

I had a great time the hostel! The staff and other volunteers were very friendly and it quickly felt like one big family! The tasks were simple and the hours were fair which gave me plenty of time off to explore Bruges and other cities in Belgium. the hostel has a fantastic bar with many different Belgian beers to try as well as a good atmosphere for a small city! The manager was easygoing and flexible, and was able to get me a volunteer discount for another hostel in Amsterdam. I would definitely recommend this experience!

In my first experience as a volunteer I worked in the hostel bar, I enjoyed the city, I met people who speak other languages ​​and spanish too. The host, Stephe is a very kind person! he got discounts for me at a hostel in the Netherlands ☺️ for my days off. Stephe is a great host!

Definitely one of the best experiences in my life! The atmosphere the hostel/bar is incredibly, all the staff is ready to help you and the volunteer tasks are easy. Steve is quite a very nice, comprehensive and easygoing person making the volunteer experience incredible. Just waiting to the end of covid pandemic to visit you back guys!!!

Una experiencia única en todo sentido. Steve, el manager, siempre está dispuesto a ayudar y es súper comprensivo (No tiene problema en cambiarte los días de trabajo para poder viajar o en cambiar horarios) Las personas que trabajan en el hostel son muy buena onda, te integran y hacen que la estadía sea muy divertida. En nuestro caso, nos tocó compartir esas semanas con otros voluntarios que se convirtieron en amigos y que vamos a extrañar ♥️ Plus: Brujas es hermosa y tiene cerca otras ciudades que se pueden visitar en el día.

Definitely the experience the hostel Christopher was the best. The hostel has excellent facilities and a nice atmosphere. The people who work are helpful to the volunteers and the work is super flexible. Steve always tries to make the stay better.
