This was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't choose a better one. From the first day I felt like I was at home. The job is really fair, easy and enjoyable and the other volunteers and staff members around you make you feel super welcomed. I had the opportunity to da lot of trips in Belgium and the nearby countries, because the days off were really flexible. There were also lots of vegan options on breakfast and every week we had 50 euros for groceries, which reduced my expenses. The most important part for me though was the friends I met there, I love you all so much.See you soon

Totally recommended! it was my first volunteering experience and I definitely loved it! tasks and working hours are respected, the schedule is really flexible if you have any specific requests. the job isn't hard. I felt welcomed from the very first moment. thank you to all the volunteers and staff members for making this an unforgettable experience!!!

The frist day I was a little bit scared because the room and the kitchen was made a mes but this depend on the day, we are a lot of people living in the same place and sometimes could be chaotic. But this doesn't care because the ambient of the place is so cool. All the staff is very nice, the work is easy, they provide you food (and I didn't expect that) you have party all the time if you want but you can be chill the hostel same time. My expectations of the hostel were set pretty high because of all the good reviews, but I can now definitely say that they were right! The work is really easy and fair, you have loads of free time to travel or just get around in Bruges (which is a really beautiful city), you meet many other travelers and volunteers from all over the world and the atmosphere the hostel is super chill and instantly makes you feel at home. Would recommend!

The hostel. Christopher's in Bruges was a fantastic experience overall; the hostel/bar is very clean and eclectic (plus 50% discount for all drinks ;)), the staff are pretty chill, and its proximity to the city center was perfect. The work isn't very challenging, and gives you plenty of time to experience the many things Bruges has to offer. The living situation has something to be desired, but after a week or so you get used to it. Plus, you'll meet a lot of locals, as the hostel bar is quite a popular destination, especially on Wednesdays, aka the best Karaoke Night I've ever been to. Go for it!

It was an amazing experience. Bruges is an incredibly beautiful place, and we all had lots of free time to go out and visit nearby cities like Gent and Ostend. It's a very social place to meet locals and other travelers, we had discounts and karaoke nights but the best part was the friends I met there and had so much fun with, I miss you guys very much and hope to see you soon. The work is very fair and uncomplicated but the room and kitchen can get a bit messy, so just keep yourself organized

The truth is that since I arrived they treated me great, I was able to make many friends and enjoy this beautiful city, as far as work is concerned it is super calm and enjoyable, thanks to all the staff and especially to Cristian who has treated me like a brother since I I arrived!! hug and see you soon guys!!
