Although it can get a bit monotonous at times because there isn't much to do near the the shelter and the work there is is relatively short, it's an unforgettable experience. Malee is an incredible guest, super attentive and understanding, and a great person, as is the rest of her staff. All the dogs are super friendly and will be delighted to have you with them.

Good experience at the the shelter. Really enjoyed working with the dogs and enjoyed the side quests Malee would take us on. The tasks are very simple and not really explained to you. I had to be taught by another volunteer who also had to figure it out themselves. The accommodation is good but basic as expected. The dogs make it all worth it and are definitely worth visiting. Overall would recommend but could improve some points

Hi, I was at the the shelter for 2 Weeks with a friend called Salomon. From the first day Malee was so nice and lovely to us that we felt very comfortable. After two weeks she was like our second mother for that time. We had so much fun together and also talked about a lot of things. The dogs are very lovely as well and there are always new things about them you are discovering everyday. Malee often took us to the beach or to play billiards and sing karaoke and she can cook very good. You don't need to be afraid that you will be hungry because there is always good food and Malee will care about u.

The the shelter was great. Malee does a fantastic job helping the dogs and cats and welcoming the volunteers. The food is really good too. After a few days you feel like family, everyone is really friendly. The main job is simple and quick. But it never gets boring because there are always other tasks you can help with. If you want to help animals and learn about Thai culture, this is the perfect place.

I really enjoyed my time at the the shelter. The work is pretty easy and fast done, but if you want to you can always help with bathing the dogs, cooking etc. Malee is a really nice and welcoming person, her cooking is great and she lets you feel like home. the the shelter is somewhere in nowhere, but if you want to you can take the scooter to drive around or go with malee if she is going shopping or to help other dogs on the street. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves dogs and cats and who is happy to see a non touristic Thailand.

I stayed at the the shelter for two weeks and I can absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who loves to be around dogs. Most of the dogs there are so friendly and also Malee and her staff are very welcoming. Keep in mind that you'll spend a lot of time at the the shelter because the city is 30min away but at some days Malee took us to the beach or to a mall which was really nice. You don't have to work a lot and Malee is a really nice host so definitely go there if you can!

I would totally recommend the the shelter for anyone who loves to be around animals and nature. Malee was so nice and took us to beautiful places, she also cooked amazing food all the time. We already miss the dogs a lot.

My experience at the the shelter with Malee, Pong, ken, and all the staff was amazing. I was there for 3 weeks and the experience was very nice. Malee is a great person, very friendly and always cares about you. The work is very simple and allows you to have a lot of free time. The dogs are also lovely. I will miss all the people I have been with, and of course I will miss the dogs too.

This is my first time as a volunteer and in Thailand. Malee taught me a lot of things about the country and the local food, she is a gret chef!!! She provides us a lot of different food to try, so nice and kind. I will recommend a lot this experience. The dogs and cats are awesome, I felt really sad when we left.
