Enjoyable experience! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and respectful. Volunteers should know that the bedroom has a fan, but does not have air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. Regarding the teaching itself, we met so many great students from young children to adults older than us (we're 28). We're so happy that we could help these students learn English and we taught them more about America, too. Our faces hurt from smiling so much! We loved trying Indonesian food and learning more about the culture. We had many fun conversations with students and staff. We enjoyed seeing local sites!

These words probably won't be enough to say how amazing my experience at the school was! They were everyday aware that I was having a great time and feeling comfortable. All the staff was so nice to me and I made some incredible friends. The activities that I held were very exciting for me and I enjoyed a lot the cultural exchange with their students. Would recommend a 100% this experience and will be forever greatfull with all the team!

This volunteer is a really good experience to get involved in the Indonesian culture. In the mornings, you'll get to know all the main attractions in Jakarta with locals. In the afternoons, you'll share your experiences with students and you'll give English classes to them. I had so much fun with the students as I love teaching and they responded with such a positive attitude that made my feel really comfortable. On Sunday we did a day trip to Pari Island! Thank you so much for your hospitality, your kindness and your company. It has been such a great week with you! I hope to see you again!

Makasi, the school & team for the unusual and useful experience in a friendly environment! We spent together around 2 weeks and became friends and we hope we will meet again! We attended different classes and met students and teachers from all regions of the country who helped us to know true Indonesia. It was the exploration of culture, lifestyle, and values. Also, we had some additional entertainment, my favorite is the school Festival because it combines learning and fun. If you want to da social impact and meet sincere friends, you should start to plan your trip to Jakarta!

My time at the school was amazing, all the staff was very nice and kind. They show me the most interesting places in Jakarta and even went for a one day trip to Bandung. I tried traditional Indonesian food and learnt a lot about the different islands with the students. The time for classes was also very enjoyable because was time to share with students different experiences, so classes were time to talk!

Just 600words for a review is not enough at all to describe the most amazing experience that I have ever had in my life, even I had to spend just 15min in the class I enjoyed it so much that I stayed the whole time. Everyone is nice and kind, they gave me some traditional food (ketoprak, gado gado, es champur) which it was delicious, also a beautiful traditional clothing called batik, a student taught me some archery which I have never done it before, I visit many places around the city too. Although I had classes, Mr Aldo let me go and explore Yogyakarta. Thank you for this experience ❤️

I would recommend to everyone this place. I had a great time there. The staff is super nice. They made everything to make my stay more beautiful.. They took me around Jakarta and even outside the city. I wish I could have stayed more than one week. Hope I can visit this place and the people here again!
