The hostel has been m'y home in Osaka for 3 months and has been amazing. Tte work is easy and well organized, so you have lost of time to explore and enjoy the Kansai area. You can feel truly at home in the common areas and the kitchen. And the best part is the staff and the volunteers, always having fun and being super welcoming. Thanks

I stayed at the hostel for roughly two months and it was a great time! There is a fridge, pantry area and washing machine just for staff to use which is super handy when the hostel is fully booked with guests. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help with any travel suggestions and generalised support. The work is very fair, with tasks rotating between staff and the work never extends 3 hours per shift. Management is also helpful with creating shift schedule flexibility should you want to explore this. Highly recommended!

The hostel was my first stay in Japan, and I can say it was a grest experience! The hostel is a bit far from center of the city, but there is a metro 5 minutes walking so its no problem. Also, the visitors are calm and wont make much noise, since most of them come to visit OUS. The staff I met there were great, and we had a grest time together! We did alot of stuff together and everyone was very respectful. I definitely recommend staying at this hostel!

I had such an amazing stay at the hostel. It was always a fun time with the staff and the volunteers and I felt welcomed and integrated right from the start. The work is easy and quickly done, leaving a lot of time to explore the region. I 100% recommend it!!

My time in the hostel was perfect! The staff is wonderful, super energetic and cheerful. The hours are 11am-2pm and if we finish earlier we help others until we all finish❤️ The room is nice and location is 5 min away from the station so it's super convenient. You can also borrow the bikes and you can wash your clothes for free. I had a great time and would recommend it for everyone! I really enjoyed my stay, thank you!

I had a pleasant time at the hostel, the environment and staff are very warm and welcoming, the bunks are spacious and feels like you have your own room, the location is a bit out of the way but it is very close to a train station!

I spent four great months at the hostel. I extended my stay because the warm atmosphere made it feel like home. The management team went above and beyond—helping with tickets, lost items, parcels, and more. They were always friendly, supportive, and the work hours were very fair. The hostel is quiet and a bit outside the center but still easy to reach. It's ideal for those who enjoy a relaxed vibe with some social interaction. My co-workers changed over time, but each one added to this special experience. Thanks, the hostel!

If you get a chance to come to the hostel, you definitely should! I had an amazing time there and can't wait to go back. The work is light and is done quickly. The people working there are nice and welcoming, and you will have fun. Also, the bed is a big plus; you have enough space next to it to put your things and feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Working at the hostel was a great experience. Immediately I was welcomed by friendly staff and made aware of by the simple rules. Working hours were pleasant and I was able to comfortably enjoy my time and explore Osaka. The dorm room was spacious enough for all my belongings and I had plenty of privacy. Everyone was respectful and quiet in the dorms when necessary and the facilities were clean. Overall I had a wonderful time meeting new people and I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone :))

I had an amazing experience staying at this hostel and working as a staff member. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and I got to meet so many new friends . Everyone was kind and supportive, making my time there truly special.I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a friendly and social environment!
