We welcome you to experience hostel life in the heart of Tirana!
If you’re looking for a place full of history, artistic vibes, and good energy, this is it. Shifts are around 25 hours a week and can include helping in the kitchen, cleaning, running the bar, working on art projects, and many other things that keep the hostel alive and fun.

It’s like being home with friends and family... just on a bigger scale ;)

Detalhes

Volunteers get a bed in a shared dorm with other awesome volunteers in exchange for around 25 hours of helping out per week (tasks are listed below). You’ll also get to enjoy breakfast and dinner provided by the hostel every day.
We’re Albania’s first hostel, open for over 20 years, and here you can be part of our little community, meet people from all over the world in our garden, give cuddles to our dog (aka queen) Riza, and have a base to explore the entire country :)

Atividades & Turnos

Dinner shift - cooking for between 7 and 12 people (low season) or up to 25 people (high season). Volunteers prepare and serve the food to the other volunteers (and sometimes guests), as well as clean-up the kitchen afterwards (including sweeping and moping the floors).
Cleaning shift - preparing beds for incoming guests, cleaning the dorm rooms, private rooms, bathrooms, and other shared spaces in the hostel.

Regras

- We are a big, chaotic family from all over the world, and absolutely no form of discrimination is tolerated
- As a vegetarian hostel, volunteers are not allowed to bring or consume meat on the premises
- We expect you to maintain a respectful and friendly coexistence with other volunteers, staff, and guests
