With Pierre, Diane, Mia, and the rest of their family, I felt very welcomed and truly like part of their family. I wanted to take some time to disconnect from my daily routine and enjoy nature and a new way of life. My two weeks did all of this and I experienced so many other unexpected moments as well. They are truly such amazing people and have a great community around them as well. Mia herself is wild and sweet. I had a great time with her and I will say sometimes I needed a break but I was able to talk to her about it and we worked it out. @Pierre, Diane, and Mia-love you all & thanks ♥️

An incredible family. Pierre and Diane are two genuine and exquisite people. Their lifestyle is relaxed and passionate at the same time. In the midst of this nature, it is not difficult to find peace and serenity. I found a comunity of authentic and loving people. Landscapes that stole my heart. I found a flourishing and wild nature that grew inside me. And, above all, I found a wonderful little girl who made me rediscover the joy of being a child, Mia ♥️ I really practice my French. It was an experience of a lifetime, intense wonderful days. Thanks guys, wish you all the best. Bisous 😘

My experience with Pierre and his family was amazing! I felt welcomed and part of the family all the time. Unfortunately I had to come home earlier for problems at home, but they understood and encouraged me making me feel calm. The energy and affection of this family are indescribable, especially Mia who is very energetic and with whom you have to be really patient sometimes. They didn't make me miss anything and were always available for every need or problem. I strongly reccomend this experience if you want to know the local culture, learn French properly and know a lot of great people!

A lovely and welcoming family! Pierre was so nice and welcoming all the time, whether that be asking me if I want a coffee or if I want to come along to his work (which is incredibly interesting, by the way). Diane was the same, always offering me something and both of them were amazing cooks. It felt like they really tried to share their culture with me, and I was very excited for it. I spent most of the time with Mia, who loves to play and was an excellent teacher. I cannot recommend the home enough if you really want to immerse yourself in learning French! Much love to the family.

I don't have enough words to describe how caring and loving this family is. Before coming, I had an accident which I thought would interfere but they adapted and cared of me like family. I am in love with every detail and the community around. I highly recommend this stay if you are a person who also likes to share and care, teach and learn. I am healed physically and emotionally after Pierre & Diane family at Auzerrete. Thank you all so much.

One of the best experiences of my life! Pierre and his family are incredible people, affectionate, attentive, respectful, loving... There are no words to describe the generosity of this family! I loved meeting them! Always willing and engaged to introduce me to local culture, places, shows, people... Always with incredible joy and energy! I also had the privilege of giving a presentation about Brazil and the Olympic Games to a group of children... I loved it!!! Much gratitude for everything, my friend! I hope one day I can return to experience summer at Massif Central.

I couldn't ask for a better first volunteer experience! Pierre and Diane welcomed me completely into their home and family. Even living in the middle of nowhere, they put effort into taking me places so I could experience southern France! They already know if they're in New York they're welcome to come say hi :)

It was great having Katie with us. She helped us to improve our English and was so patient with Mia who often was very demanding. She also helped her so much to progress in English, starting from zero. Katie will always be welcome in our family and we would love to visit her in New-York. And so sorry for not leaving an evaluation on the app : it completely came out of our mind because we were too busy after Katie left and when we wanted to do it, we had passed the time authorised. But for sure, we highly recommend Katie who deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
