Eu gostei muito da minha experiência. A equipe é sensacional, as tarefas são enviadas semanalmente seguindo o combinado de horas e days off. O hostel é bem grande, parece um hotel mesmo. Uma coisa que senti falta foi de alguém para mostrar o hostel e explicar as tarefas, já que isso ficou por conta de outra voluntária. Como ponto de melhoria acho que seria interessante revisar os detalhes da vaga, já que não temos descontos em drinks e o jantar não é servido todos os dias. No geral, foi uma experiência muito boa e pude desenvolver diversas habilidades.

A localização do hostel é muito boa perto do centro da cidade, muitos parques e próximo ao metro; as divisões de tarefas eram claras, há uma escala disponibilizada com os horários de trabalho dos voluntários, a única dificuldade era em como realizar essas tarefas pois não eram ensinadas, mas todos os voluntários se ajudavam entre si por isso ficou mais fácil. O café da manhã é ótimo, mas o jantar não está seguro que realmente vai ter, pois depende de se haverá reserva de hospedes, em 15 dias em que fiquei, tive jantar em apenas 3 deles. Em geral, foi uma boa experiência!

It was an excellent experience, the hostel has a great location. The staff is always willing to help and super friendly, there is no language barrier, everyone is willing and has the patience to explain. The work is fair and the hours are fulfilled as agreed. The room and breakfast are excellent!! Lola is always available and attentive to us and our needs. It was a great experience that I definitely recommend. I just have to thank the time I spent here.

I really loved this experience; everyone has been very kind and patient with me. The schedules were well-organized, and the rooms were comfortable, making it a great place to stay and work. Agustina and I had an amazing volunteering experience.We are friends traveling together, and from the very first day, we felt very welcomed.The atmosphere at the hostel was super friendly, everyone was very kind and they were always willing to help us.The tasks were well-organized, allowing us to have free time to explore the city, which is beautiful and full of history.Plus,the hostel was a lovely, comfortable place with an incredible vibe. We take home wonderful memories and, above all, a lot of gratitude for the people we met. Without a doubt,we would highly recommend this experience!

I loved my time at the hostel. The entire team was super welcoming and made sure that I had everything I could need. Though I didn't work reception or night shift as the information said before, the tasks were easy and hours were always respected and pre-discussed. Our help was mostly needed during breakfast and dinner with helping out in the kitchen. The living situation was incredibly comfortable, and the hostel is very conveniently located. Lola, our manager was super helpful!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue buena :) El trabajo es sencillo, solo 4 horas al dia y 2 dias libres en la semana... entonces hay mucho tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad y sumergirse en la cultura local :) el hostel es una hermosa ciudad y tiene una ubicación centrica para visitar otros lugares

Thank you for everything, accommodation, breakfast, dinner when there are groups staying. Work hours were fully respected. The location of the hostel is perfect to explore the city and other places around Nuremberg. Hope to see you again!
