Infeliz experiência. Apesar da acomodação e alimentação boa, o resto foi negativo. Nina nunca tem tempo para ensinar o trabalho, mas tem tempo para enviar mensagens/áudios o dia todo cobrando e falando mal de um voluntário para outro. Não se engane com fotos bonitas do lugar, porque você não pode usar nada, nem mesmo o banheiro, até para ir trabalhar voce não pode entrar pelo portão principal. Não me senti respeitada como ser humano, a atitude dela me fez sentir tensa e pressionada, os 3 voluntários que estavam comigo saíram traumatizados da mesma forma. Esse não é o objetivo do voluntariado.

Há pontos positivos e negativos. É um lugar lindo para se conectar com a natureza, com chalé climatizado. Nina fornece alimentação e é flexível com os horários de trabalho. No entanto, após o expediente, ela não está disponível e fez acusações injustas, além de falar mal de outros voluntários. Nina não tem paciência para ensinar. Atenção ao trabalho extra, pode ser um problema. Dependendo do número de voluntários, eles podem ter que dormir em colchões improvisados. A máquina de lavar só consegui usar uma vez em um mês. My time in the hotel was very quiet, Nina was in charge of making us feel at home and taking care of us with her food, I enjoyed my time there and learned many new thing. The place is perfect if you are looking to disconnect and be surrounded by nature.

My experience as a volunteer was incredible. The tasks were simple. It's important to be very responsible and do things well and with love. The facilities were very comfortable and beautiful. Nina and her mother cooked delicious food, and they were also very attentive and attentive to every detail. They always tried to make us feel good. Our experience as volunteers at the hotel was incredible. The tasks were simple. It was very important to be agile and punctual with the established schedule, always follow instructions, and carry out tasks as requested by the host. It's nothing out of the ordinary, but being a luxury hotel, it should be. Schedules and rest days were always respected. Nina is a great person and cares deeply about your well-being, ensuring you lack nothing and feel at home. In terms of comfort, you'll have a fully equipped cabin surrounded by nature. The hotel Farm is a truly lovely place where you can disconnect from al the noise from the big city and get in touch with the nature and find yourself again, The host Nina and her mom cook for you and you have the opportunity to try traditional and really good food, as well they let you make a grocery list every 10 days so you can cook for yourself also, the place is very peaceful and for a relaxing time, if you are hoping to have internet all the time be mindful that not always is possible You have a path in to the forest that leads to a river and a waterfall, and get some spring water

El hotel es un lugar lleno de paz y tranquilidad. Tiene un entorno natural que vale la pena explorar, con la posibilidad de llegar a ríos y cascadas, vía hiking. La cabaña donde me quedé es cómoda y acogedora. Nina es muy generosa y siempre estuvo preocupada de que nada faltara. Cocina muy bien (con un sabor único y especial, extrañaré sus sopas). El trabajo es liviano y durante el mes que estuve ahí, aprendí mucho. Nina fue muy paciente al explicarme las tareas, ya que mi inglés no era tan bueno. Agradezco ese gesto. Me voy feliz por el lugar y las personas que conocí. Mis mejor deseos al hotel.

This is a really beautiful place surrounded by nature and the accommodation/meals are truly a luxury. The village is VERY remote, so when work was finished, there wasn't much to explore during the day except for a couple hiking trails. Wifi is spotty and sparse, so maybe not the best for digital nomads doing other work. The work is easy but must be done to a very specific standard, which is very understandable as it is a very luxurious place for guest. Nina cares so much about her volunteers and her property, I truly wish her all the best and success for the future.
