A experiência

If you are skilled in carpentry, we are building some wooden objects and a playground for our kids. Also we are building a swimming pool so any skills around tiling, piping and concrete jobs would be so helpful! Please read our profile carefully. Valor: € 2 Por dia

Descrição: A fee of €60 (€2 per day) will be charged upon arrival for the first month only, the rest of your stay will be free. During the colder season, if a volunteer chooses to stay in a private room instead of a shared room, there will be an extra fee of €3 per day for the additional heater.

In general we have a very dynamic life and we need help here and there and everyday is a new day with a new surprise, so switching in different tasks happens, especially on the days-off of the other volunteers we need to cover their tasks so being flexible is necessary.

Atividades & Turnos

In Average 5h/day and 5d/week.

Summer time: (May-October)

We need volunteers in different positions (depends on your skills and interests you can apply for one or more)

1. Housekeeping, Babysitting: Help us to keep the place clean and tidy. And babysit our 4 years old son when is needed.



2. Construction: we are building some wooden objects and a stone wall as well as working on building an infinity swimming pool (March & April). Or simply a handyman for general maintenance. (May to October)

3. Videographer: We would love to create a video about our community, who we are, and our story. If you have experience in photography and video editing, we'd really appreciate your help.



4. Gardening: Someone skilled and passionate about gardening, Watering & picking vegetables, weeding, trimming and feeding animals.



5. clearing up the land out of shrubs and bushes, weeding & trimming, so be prepared for hard physical chores 💪🏽 and monotone meditative tasks which suits to self motivated characters.

6. Chef or kitchen helper: We need a chef who can cook simple but tasty vegetarian dinner for about 20 people during our retreat. (After the first month, payment may be possible if extra work hours are needed.) And we need a passionate kitchen helper to serve brunch and help the chef.

Regras

Our community doesn’t have a habit of drinking, smoking, or using any drugs. Occasionally, we may share a bottle of wine on special occasions, but in general, we maintain a clean and conscious lifestyle! 🙏🏽😊

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, having valid health or travel insurance is required.

Please also keep in mind that there is a €1 per day tourist tax in Montenegro.

Priority is given to volunteers who stay for 3 months or longer. After the first month, depending on your skills and our needs, there may be potential payment for extra working hours.
