I had such an amazing time in the hostel! They respected the work hours and were really flexible with the days off. I met such incredible people that i will keep forever in my heart. This was my first time being a volunteer and it was truly amazing. The people of the staff were really nice, they created a great environment and made sure we all felt comfortable at all times. I had an amazing time, i would absolutly recommmend these experience to anyone who wants to have a great time, make really good friends and party a lot!

My experience at the hostel was amazing. I met people from all over the world and I'm leaving with unforgettable memories and a lot of friends. I stayed for 4 weeks and the other volunteers became like my family🥹I genuinely felt at home at the hostel. It was my first volunteering and I couldn't have chosen a better place. Hope to go back some day💗🫶🏻

Being in Baurraus is simply incredible, one of the best experiences in 5 years of volunteering, this was 11 simply rewarding, Bruges is a beautiful, charming city, which has different places to visit every day. Regarding my work, I was a breakfast person, I have experience before, so it wasn't difficult for me to adapt, the hours and free days are respected, I was received very well by the very receptive team, I want to give my special thanks , Valetina who And a dear, to Steve for the opportunity to have this experience , thank you very much Mateo.

I had a great 3 weeks at the hostel! I was working the hostel shift (typically nights from 9-1 ish). The tasks mostly included washing / collecting glasses and making frozen pizza. I LOVE the hostel staff, they really do make the expierence amazing. I think communication with / training for the volunteers could be improved as I felt pretty lost at the beginning. But with time, it got better. It was off season so never too busy! I actually liked the volunteer room as well, very spacious just need to make sure it stays clean. Days off were respected and hours fair. Thanks for having me!

It was an amazing experience. The city is incredibly beautiful, it looks like you are inside a medieval movie. the hostel is a place to have fun, meet people and socialize. The hours of work was always respected and the atmosphere at the volunteers room was the most special one. I'm really glad I chose this place.

The experience was incredible, the hostel is famous in the city, it has several activities during the week for guests, the city is wonderful, anyone who wants to have an experience in a medieval city I highly recommend it.

Like quite a few people, this was my first Worldpackers volunteering and I was extremely nervous before arriving. I was greeted by the most amazing friendly volunteers who I'm grateful I shared this experience with. The location was only a short walk from the Brugge centre and on days off I went to nearby cities. Waking up for the 7am shift is the hardest part, but the breakfast tasks are simple. My time at the hostel was short but sweet, and will stay in my memories forever. Thank you to everyone at the hostel and hopefully will pop by someday!

This was my second WP exchange and i truly loved my time at the hostel!! the schedule was very flexible & work was fair (i worked in laundry). i do feel that the communication between staff & volunteers could be improved slightly and have sent in some feedback but overall it was good :-) bruges itself is gorgeous, safe & close to other great cities (ghent, antwerp, brussels) which makes travelling around easy. everyone that i met during my time at the hostel was so lovely and welcoming — the staff, the volunteers, and travellers/locals. i'll be back to visit someday soon, thank you!!💌

I spent three amazing weeks in this beautiful place. Everybody since my arrival was always available for any doubts and any requests I had. I really enjoyed my volunteering in Bruges. Every event was unique and the best part is that you can meet a lot of people. Besides that, I felt well welcomed and all the staff has been lovely, they treat you always with kindness and I really appreciated that. So grateful for this experience!!❤️
