My stay at Bahaus was truly an experience I will never forget. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome very quickly. I worked at the night shift and it didn't feel like work because it was fun. Everyone was respectful of the hours. The other volunteers were also very welcoming and I had made some amazing friends and connections during my stay. Bruges was very beautiful, when I went the weather was rainy and cold on somedays and very hot the other days. They had bicycles the volunteers could use which was nice, you could bike to nearby small towns

I really liked volunteering at the hostel. The staff was very welcoming and I made good friends among the volunteers, I loved getting to know them all 💛 I had the night shift, laundry or the hostel days, which were my favorites for the good vibes, music and beer. I would repeat this experience without a doubt!

This was my first volunteering experience, and it couldn't have been better. If you're looking for fun, strong connections, and a city to fall in love with, Bruges is the perfect place. The staff are very friendly, and the managers are flexible with days off. You can easily visit nearby cities since you'll work 4 days and have 3 days off. Also, volunteers get discounts on drinks and food at the hostel, so you can save a lot of money while enjoying your stay. I highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks the hostel for the unforgettable memories!!!

I had such a great time working and being at the hostel. I made lifelong friends here and everyone was super chill. Everyday was exciting and fun. There isn't too much work just need to complete small tasks and then you get to enjoy and have a few drinks at the hostel. I highly recommend the hostel for people looking for an immersive experience and to socialise more. Bruges is an amazing city with so much to do and eat the tastiest waffles. I will definitely be coming back to the hostel!! 🍻

What an amazing time I had at the hostel! As a first time volunteer, this experience couldn't have been better! Everyone was so welcoming and the staff were very accomodating, and Bruges itself feels like you're in another world. Tasks were fair but the managers were super flexible if you wanted to travel for a couple days. Another pro about Belgium, it's in the middle of everything! Most importantly, I was able to make such special connections with both volunteers and staff from all around the world and I will especially miss the many nights spent in the hostel drinking beers with everyone!

I had a lovely time at the hostel this past August, everything was top notch, starting with the very accommodating and helpful management and the rest of the really open and friendly staff members, to the amenities and extra perks provided to you. You only work for 4 days/week, giving you lots of free time to explore beautiful Belgium as well as the neighbouring countries, the tasks are also pretty simple and fun to partake in, and whenever you have any doubts or issues, someone is always there to lend a helping hand. I'm really grateful for the experience and wish to be back for sure <3

My first volunteering experience was spent in the hostel, I had a great time, I met wonderful people, the volunteers were very friendly and the hostel staff were very kind and helpful. Brugge is a small city, but beautiful to visit and safe. I recommend this experience.

Mi experiencia como voluntario en el hostal fue excepcional. El ambiente es acogedor, el equipo es profesional y amigable, y el hostal está impecable. Hice muy buenos amigos entre los otros voluntarios y el personal del hostal. Interactuar con huéspedes de diferentes culturas fue enriquecedor. The hostel was the perfect place to volunteer for the first time! All the managers are super understanding, and the staff is super friendly. You are not responsible for tiring tasks, they are just looking for a helping hand and appreciate every little work you do. There is a big amount of free time, plus if you are planning to visit some cities that need a night-over, managers try to do their best to schedule the shift according to your plans. Brugge is astonishing, closeby cities are beautiful, the hostel is the perfect place to make international friendships...everything I asked for! thanks<3
