Estar en este hostal fue la experiencia más linda! Hay tantas cosas para hacer en Cancún que el tiempo falta, pero la ubicación es excelente para aprovechar al máximo. Es un buen lugar si quieres aprender inglés, nos tocó practicarlo con el resto de voluntarios jaja. Las tareas super sencillas, incluso entretenidas. La gente siempre muy servicial y amable, explicando y ayudándote con buena voluntad para que todo sea seguro y cómodo; definitivamente extrañaré este sitio. El personal de limpieza y mantenimiento tendrán un lugar especial en mis recuerdos sobre este viaje. Mil gracias por todo. ✨❤

The experience overall was wonderful! Through the position of party promoter and the overall social setting of the hostel, I was able to meet and connect with so many people. The position was 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. The job is to go socialize with the guest and lead them on nighttime activities; which for me is what I want to do most nights anyway. Some of the front desk workers were a bit rude, but overall the people you're surrounded by and your direct supervisor, Santi, are incredible! Would recommend.

I couldn't be happier about my two-month volunteering experience at the hostel! It truly felt like my best vacation yet. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and the other volunteers made me feel like part of the family. Despite some minor hiccups due to organizational issues, they were quickly resolved, thankfully. I had countless adventures, explored various places, and the beaches were simply breathtaking. It was my first volunteering stint, and I would definitely go back to the hostel without hesitation!

Mi experiencia en the hostel fue muy buena! Las instalaciones son cómodas, hay muchas actividades para hacer, y el ambiente es muy bueno, y los voluntarios y equipo se vuelven familia. Lo recomiendo! Gracias por todo!

J'ai passé un mois à the hostel en tant que laundry attendant, le personnel ainsi que les autres volontaires étaient très gentils, je recommande ce volontariat! Aussi j'ai pu apprendre un peu d'espagnol avec le personnel. L'emplacement est idéal si vous voulez profiter de Cancùn et de ses magnifiques plages, c'est aussi un bon emplacement pour partir en vadrouille le week-end

Cuando llegamos el staff nos recibió super bien, nos explicaron brevemente las instalaciones del hostel. Previo al viaje Carlos se contacto con nosotras para darnos todos los tips de como llegar y a su vez consultarnos por cambio de tareas si es que estábamos de acuerdo. Siempre hubo respecto, cordialidad y buena predisposición, tanto de Carlos como de Santi. Las instalaciones de los Hostel son muy lindas. Lo único a comentar del hostel Isla mujeres, es que la cocina se hace pequeña en horas pico y no esta bien equipada.

This was my first volunteer experience, and it was incredible !! I was working as a front desk assistant and the staff was really nice and helpfull. The room was clean, as the commun area ! Thank you to Carlos, Enrique and all the team !!

What experience I had with the hostel Experience Hostels! Everybody is so awesome : kind and respectful. Everything was better that announced. The job was really great and fun, everything tasks are clear. The hostels are clean, there is a lot of activities in there. I felt like home.

Que mes mas increíble! Voy a extrañar mucho a mi familia el hostel, éramos un grupo de aprox. 15 voluntarios y me encantó convivir con gente de diferentes nacionalidades y aprender de ellas. Recomiendo el voluntariado 100%. 2 cosas importantes: Es posible que termines trabajando en algo diferente que en lo que aplicaste, pero todas las tareas son fáciles a realizar. Yo terminé trabajando de Party Promoter, lo que me encantó! 🥳 Además me robaron varias cosas en el cuarto y en el baño común :( claro, eso depende de los huéspedes y no del hostal, pero tengan cuidado! Gracias por todo el hostel 🫶🏼
