La experiencia en la ecovila Fennix ha sido muy amena, las instalaciones son muy grandes y cómodas, en medio de un frondoso bosque, pero con una relativamente buena conectividad. Como voluntario cuentas con una habitación privada, cocina con alimentos a discreción, lavandería y espacios comunes. Respecto al trabajo las actividades son muy diversas y de acuerdo a la necesidad, pero no es para nada demandante, solo requiere organización y responsabilidad. Los horarios son muy flexibles y la comunicación con todos muy expedita. Es una experiencia hermosa para desconectarse y aprender !

This was my first volunteer experience, and although being uncertain at first about how I might assist with day-to-day activities, I was immediately welcomed by the great hospitality of all staff members and enjoyed doing my working duties with passion, learn new skills and have fun in the process. It was difficult at first because of scholastic obligations, but I made it work flawlessly. The working hours were flexible and we all had time to go exploring, enjoy the lovely surroundings and the town. the eco village is a lovely community, I will miss Karjaa a lot. Thank you for everything!

I've been working at the eco village for a month this summer and I couldn't recommend it enough. It is surrounded by wonderful nature and there's always something happening in the house. There are a lot of lovely towns and places to visit in the area, so it's hard to get bored. The work is varied and flexible, you can be autonomous and follow your own pace. All of the people working in the house, either permanently or for a shorter period of time, are kind, welcoming and always ready to help. Moreover, it really is a place for learning, experiencing and growing. Definitely worth a visit!

Hosts were great! Very friendly and welcoming! Other volunteers were also great! Really cool building with nice amenities. Abundance of food. The surrounding forest is incredibly beautiful.
