In general, my experience at the hostel was great. I have gained unforgettable memories with the guests and my amazing fellow volunteers, they were the whole reason my stay in Croatia turned out so great. However, there were multiple moments when I was struggling to enjoy my stay at the hostel due to the disorganised management. There was a lack of leadership and communication causing a lot of stress, miscommunication and hospitality for the volunteers. The job isnt hard but the lack of management hade it harder than it needed to be. But I have had an amazing month and feel very grateful.

The two thinghs that I loved the most about this expirience are, without any doubts, the other volunteers and the location! The two things I think could be improbed are; the ^system^ and the work enviroment. I understand that in summer everything can be more chaotic, but the fact that there was no clear volunteer's list of duties was really frustrating. It would also be benefitial to create a respectfull and caring working enviroment. Still, I am really greatfull for all the good people I meet in the hostel. Good luck to all!! :)

The hostel its my new family, Ana María its amazing, she's kind, she's a great boss and she always cares about the you and that you are having fun, meet amazing people in there, totally recommend it

Since my first day I felt welcomed and comfortable. The place has a great location the journeys are marvelous and the ambient is insuperable. Anamarija is a great manager who is always in touch with the volunteers and always care about your comfort, the volunteer experience is great for itself but Anamarija make it even better. I could meet people from all the world and know hidden spots from Dubrovnik. I think than I develop myself during my stay in the hostal and learn a lot of skills about attending people.

The hostel was my first volunteering experience and it was truly a memorable experience. The hours can feel like a lot at first but the work is easy. The hostel is small but very sociable and in a great location in the hostel. I arrived solo but quickly felt at home. Would highly recommend volunteering here!

The hostel was the perfect volunteer experience! It is exactly as it states, the work is easy and the facilities are great. Ana is the perfect host and manager, she treats you really well and is flexible. I really recommend this stay ! I will miss my time here. Dubrovnik is beautiful

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel! The hostel and the hostel are beautiful and I really enjoyed exploring Dubrovnik through this hostel. The work is not difficult and it gives you the opportunity to meet all the guests and to make new, life-long friends! Ana Marija really looked after me and I can't wait to come visit again next year!

I totally recommend this experience. The staff is really nice and will explain you your tasks. You can do many activities in your free time. The hostel has really nice common areas and working there is a great way of meeting new people and making very good friends.

I had such an amazing time at the Hostel that I'm sad to be leaving. Anamarija is so nice and funny, also very organized and flexible! Dario and Matea are also very receptive! The tasks are not difficult or demanding, it leaves you loads of time to explore the city! I love the walking tours and the hostel's activities! Dubrovnik is such an incredible place that I will never forget! Thank you so much for everything!
