The hostel is very close to Copacabana beach, it was a nice place to stay, the hostel itself is pretty and clean. People in the hostel are really nice, most of them speaks English, Felipe is being a really good host and flexible to the changes. The cleaning tasks are not difficult and it will be done within the required time. The tasks were a bit confusing at first, but after you get to know everything, it became easier. Breakfast was offered, you will get bread and coffee in the morning. And if you enjoy night life and parties, choose this hostel, you will enjoy it a lot!

PV fué súper bueno estos 3 meses, Felipe y Dalton son respetuosos y están atentos a lo que necesites, hay flexibilidad para días libres y en cuánto al intercambio todo es conversable, conocí personas increíbles gracias al hostel que voy a llevar en mi corazoncito siempre, Cris (limpieza) y Thiago (recepción) de parte del staff fijo son súper amables, están en la vibe que ofrece el hostel y son un amor de persona.

You don't often find a real home away from home when you're traveling. Luckily, I found one at the hostel. Truly one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had and it's felt like family. The vibes, the environment, the facilities, it was a truly wonderful place to not only enjoy Brazilian culture and its people, but to also engage with other visitors at the hostel. Felipe is a wonderful host and wants the most out of the people he has as WPs and the people who just come to visit. the hostel isn't just a hostel, it really is a second home.

Fue mi primera experiencia como voluntario y realmente solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Felipe y Dalton son excelentes personas y anfitriones, siempre muy preocupados de que tu experiencia sea la mejor posible durante tu estadía. Durante los 2 meses que estuve, los horarios y la tareas definidas siempre fueron respetadas, y en particular el horario de trabajo en el bar te permite aprovechar todo el día para ir a la playa o salir a conocer otros lugares. El personal del Hostel (staff + voluntários) es increíble, me senti acogido y parte de la familia el hostel desde mi primer día, y ahora

I had my first volunteer experience at the hostel and my only complain is that it ended too soon! I had to leave for personal reasons, but the short time spent in the hostel is now one of my fondest memories:) The place has an amazing energy and will have a lasting positive impression on anyone open to new adventures, meeting new people and experiencing Rio in a vibrant, unusual way! Felipe, who's "in charge" of the WP team is a super friendly, comprehensive and transparent host - not to say he's perfect, but he's able to recognize his mistakes and be humble 100% recommend

It was my first experience as wordlpacker and i spent a really good time here, i completly recommend it. Everything was great, the location, the lifestyle, the atmosphere of the hostel with the staff members, the bosses, the clients... Great first experience!!!

Fue una experiencia realmente única, era mi 5ta vez en Rio de Janeiro, pero mi primera vez realizando un voluntariado y conociendo el hostel, ninguna de las veces anteriores se puede compartir con esta. En el hostel se puede sentir una energía que te atrapa, las personas dentro son familia, familia que se pelean, se aman, se aconsejan y así sucesivamente como pasa en una familia “normal”. Xd Con certeza recomiendo a todos los viajantes o personas que están en la duda entre otros lugares, pasen por el hostel para vivir su propia experiencia y luego compartirnos como les fue ;)

I had a wonderful time at the hostel. I especially like how volunteers and guests have mixed housing. The result is an incredibly inclusive, social environment. The location of the hostel is prime (2 min from nearest Market and Copacabana Beach). This experience allows you to immerse yourself in the local culture, practice Portugese, and connect with amazing people. I highly recommend this experience to those that have doubts.
